AIIMS New Delhi Project Research Scientist-I (Non-Medical) 2026: ICMR Endocrinology Trial — आवेदन से पहले पूरी पात्रता समझें

1. यह किस तरह की vacancy है? Department of Endocrinology & Metabolism, All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi का 03 अक्टूबर 2026 का आधिकारिक notice एक Temporary Project Research Scientist-I (Non-Medical) नियुक्ति के लिए है। संस्थान की recruitment listing ने यह notice 05 अक्टूबर को upload किया और आवेदन की अंतिम तारीख 19 अक्टूबर 2026 बताई। कुल केवल 01 पद है; यह AIIMS की नियमित Group-A faculty, Junior Resident या सामान्य Non-Faculty भर्ती नहीं है। Project funding ICMR की है और remuneration ICMR rules के अनुसार रहेगा। किसी permanent appointment या standard 7th-CPC pay matrix का दावा नोटिस नहीं करता।

2. रिसर्च प्रोजेक्ट का वास्तविक विषय — उम्मीदवार के लिए क्या अर्थ है? विज्ञापन में प्रोजेक्ट का नाम 'Randomized crossover trial for the effect of sevelamer-hydrochloride as adjuvant on serum phosphate in patients with idiopathic-hypoparathyroidism with persistent hyperphosphatemia on standard conventional [therapy]' बताया गया है। मुख्य उद्देश्य standard conventional treatment के बावजूद उच्च serum phosphate वाले idiopathic hypoparathyroidism मरीजों में sevelamer-hydrochloride के अतिरिक्त उपयोग के असर का randomized crossover design में अध्ययन है। यह स्पष्ट रूप से clinical endocrine research project है, न कि अस्पताल की सामान्य स्थायी scientist cadre posting। इसलिए उम्मीदवार को study design, patient-facing research setting और endocrinology terminology समझकर अपनी CV में वास्तव में किया हुआ संबंधित काम दिखाना उपयोगी हो सकता है। फिर भी इस notice में clinical-trial experience, GCP certificate, patient recruitment, specific lab techniques या particular degree discipline को अलग mandatory condition नहीं घोषित किया गया है; इन्हें पात्रता की नई शर्त बनाकर नहीं लिखना चाहिए।

3. Degree eligibility: सिर्फ PG लिखा है, कोई खास subject नहीं आधिकारिक vacancy table में essential qualification 'Post Graduate Degree including the integrated PG Degrees' है। किसी विशेष PG discipline, न्यूनतम percentage, first-class division, PhD या research-experience years का अतिरिक्त नियम इस दो-पृष्ठीय PDF में नहीं दिया गया। कोई भी applicant अपनी PG/integrated-PG degree के वास्तविक नाम, awarding institution तथा recognized status को AIIMS की scrutiny के लिए प्रस्तुत करे; केवल project के medical research विषय को देखकर MBBS, MD, M.Sc. Biotechnology अथवा PhD अनिवार्य मानना गलत होगा। इसी प्रकार सिर्फ Bachelor's degree को स्वतः पात्रता न समझें: official essential qualification postgraduate स्तर की है। यदि किसी uncommon integrated degree की स्वीकार्यता पर संदेह है तो आवेदन से पहले department से clarification लेना बेहतर रहेगा।

4. Maximum age 35 — लेकिन cutoff date की कल्पना नहीं इस advertisement में upper age limit 35 years है। Minimum age, relaxation table और आयु की गणना किस exact reference date पर होगी, अलग से नहीं बताया गया। इसलिए 19 अक्टूबर को ही जन्मतिथि की गणना का formally notified reference date बताना या SC/ST/OBC relaxations की संख्या बनाना उचित नहीं है। Candidate को अपने DOB proof से मूल अधिकतम सीमा मिलानी होगी और यदि age relaxation आवश्यक है तो चयन कार्यालय से लागू नियम पूछने होंगे।

5. Selection और competition की वास्तविक तस्वीर Notice केवल इतना कहता है कि 'Only shortlisted candidates will be informed about the interview.' इसका आशय है कि detailed CV की shortlisting होगी और shortlisted applicants को interview के लिए सूचना भेजी जाएगी। कोई written/CBT exam, परीक्षा तिथि, admit card, answer-key, final cutoff, selection weightage या guaranteed interview date official PDF में नहीं दिया गया। केवल 1 advertised seat है; किसी खास प्रतिशत की selection chance या पिछले साल का exam pattern यहाँ लागू बताना भ्रामक होगा। CV में अनावश्यक दावे करने के बजाय qualification, अनुभव (यदि है), research outputs और contact details को documented तरीके से लिखें।

6. Salary: अन्य ICMR vacancies की रकम यहाँ copy नहीं होगी विज्ञापन का exact remuneration clause है: 'Consolidated salary as per the ICMR rules.' इसमें ₹56,000, ₹72,800, HRA percentage, month-specific fixed gross या pay level जैसी कोई संख्या नहीं दी गई। ICMR-funded अन्य AIIMS recruitments में अलग remuneration slabs मिल सकते हैं, लेकिन उनसे इस notice का salary amount सिद्ध नहीं होता। इसलिए किसी निश्चित ₹ amount, guaranteed in-hand pay या annual CTC की गणना नहीं की जा सकती। Payment terms, relevant ICMR norms, applicable HRA और project tenure की जानकारी shortlisting/offer पर department से प्रमाणित करें।

7. आवेदन भेजने के दो official रास्ते — और email ID का महत्व Interested candidates detailed CV 19 अक्टूबर 2026 को या उससे पहले भेज सकते हैं: (a) personally Room No. 308, 3rd Floor, Biotechnology Block, Department of Endocrinology & Metabolism, AIIMS, Ansari Nagar, New Delhi में जमा करके, या (b) email deepakbasauli@gmail.com पर भेजकर। यह Gmail address पहली नज़र में unofficial दिख सकता है, लेकिन इसे AIIMS के आधिकारिक signed advertisement ने सीधे प्रकाशित किया है। इसलिए किसी third-party recruitment portal या पैसे माँगने वाले 'agent' के बजाय इसी PDF और AIIMS notice listing को link के रूप में रखें। Notice में application deadline का अलग clock time, Google Form/online fee gateway, prescribed annexure, postal courier route या registration account नहीं बताया गया; अपने स्तर से इनका आविष्कार न करें। Email भेजने पर correct attachment, subject में post और delivery record सुरक्षित रखना एक व्यावहारिक सुझाव है, official mandatory format नहीं।
