13 अक्टूबर 2026 का यह **एक ही ICMR extramural project** है—“Home-Based comprehensive palliative care in Delhi-NCR: Decentralizing palliative care for improved accessibility and quality of life among patients with cancer”, Onco-Anaesthesia and Palliative Medicine, Dr BRA-IRCH, AIIMS Delhi; project code **I-2023**। कुल **15 seats** हैं, लेकिन आठ अलग entry gates हैं। इन्हें 'Nurse / Scientist / Technical Staff' की generic list में समेटने से कई उम्मीदवार गलती करेंगे। इसके लिए केवल एक **I-2023 Google Form** दिया गया है; उसी 27 अक्टूबर deadline वाले CDER या Burns form का उपयोग यहाँ नहीं होगा।

## 'Non-Medical' शीर्षक देखकर MBBS/BDS धारक खुद को बाहर न करें **Project Research Scientist-I (Non-Medical)** नाम के बावजूद essential qualification table में *MBBS/BDS OR postgraduate degree in Sciences/Public Health* लिखा है। नाम और eligibility row में यह वास्तविक असामान्य संयोजन है। उम्मीदवार को पदनाम के बजाय row पढ़नी चाहिए; यह किसी उम्मीदवार को medical cadre status की guarantee नहीं देता। नतीजा: MBBS-only के लिए यह row एक advertised OR route है; M.Sc. Life Sciences/Public Health applicants भी अपने related PG route को पहचानें। AIIMS ने सभी possible related disciplines या equivalence पर अलग निश्चित सूची नहीं दी।

**Project Research Scientist-II (Medical), 2 seats** में तीन विकल्प छपे हैं: (A) MBBS/BDS plus 3 years experience, **OR** (B) MBBS/BDS with MPH/PhD, **OR** (C) MBBS/BDS + postgraduate degree including integrated postgraduate degree. इसका अर्थ 'हर MBBS applicant को 3 वर्ष अनुभव जरूरी' नहीं। लेकिन सिर्फ MPH/PhD बिना उस row के MBBS/BDS base को निश्चित acceptable कहना भी नोटिस से सिद्ध नहीं। अन्य AIIMS Scientist-II notices के requirements यहाँ copy नहीं होंगे।

Nutrition + 30 months work को तीन वर्ष न कहें; qualified PG alternative वाले candidate को केवल '3Y experience नहीं' कहकर स्वतः reject भी न मानें। दूसरे विषय का PG degree same PTS-III specialty का substitute नहीं। इन तीन disciplines के लिए official notice में structured shortlisting score या experience weightage नहीं दिया।

## PTS-I के दो पद: Social Work और DEO का निर्णायक अंतर Social Work PTS-I के लिए **तीन-वर्षीय Social Work graduation + one-year post-qualification experience** चाहिए। सामान्य BA degree को स्वतः Social Work qualification नहीं माना जा सकता। लेकिन **Data Entry Operator PTS-I** की essential condition *any three-year graduate degree + one-year post-qualification experience* है। उसके desirable में Excel/Word, data entry, data cleaning, queries हैं; **separate computer diploma essential नहीं**। यही AIIMS की अन्य अलग भर्ती (जैसे Ghrita trial DEO) से बड़ा फर्क है, जहाँ 12th + Computer course + 2y लिखा था। DEO candidate को गलत project की अनिवार्य योग्यता यहाँ नहीं थोपनी चाहिए।

## Nurse-III: इसी 27 अक्टूबर की दूसरी Nurse भर्ती से तुलना इस project की **चार Project Nurse-III सीटों** के लिए essential 'Graduate Degree in Nursing' लिखा है। उसी AIIMS की 27 अक्टूबर deadline वाली **NPPMT&BI Burns** भर्ती में भी Nurse-III है, लेकिन **दो अलग सीटों** के लिए specifically 'Four-year Nursing Course (B.Sc. Nursing)' और training coordination 2 वर्ष *desirable* है। इसलिए एक ही hospital, समान title, समान closing date और ₹28,000 base होने के बावजूद दो notices की degree wording, vacancy counts, HRA wording और apply form अलग हैं। I-2023 का Google Form भरने पर Burns के लिए स्वतः आवेदन नहीं होगा। GNM/equivalence के बारे में किसी भी notice से बाहर अनुमान न लगाएँ।
