रणनीतिक तथ्य: सबसे बड़ी तीन यूनिट HPBP (150), HPVP (120), BAP (75) = 345 सीटें (52.3%) हैं; इससे किसी एक ट्रेड के उम्मीदवार की चयन-संभावना नहीं निकाली जा सकती।

📑 3. Category-wise reservation: अलग table को गलत तरीके से न जोड़ें

यह यूनिटवार वर्ग-विभाजन है (आधिकारिक पेज 2); BHEL ने प्रत्येक trade × unit × category की तीसरी तालिका नहीं दी है। इसलिए, उदाहरण के तौर पर, 'HPBP में SC-Fitter के 12 पद' जैसी संख्या निकालना बिना आधार होगा।

PwBD के 45 और पूर्व-सैनिकों के 90 स्थान आरक्षण के अंतर्गत दर्शाए गए हैं; इन्हें 660 में जोड़कर 795 नहीं बनाना है। Compassionate Consideration के लिए कुछ सीटें अलग earmark हैं, लेकिन उनकी निश्चित संख्या इस PDF में नहीं दी गई। यह भी ध्यान दें कि notification में Blindness को Artisan पद के लिए suitable नहीं माना गया; बाकी PwBD eligibility का निर्धारण विज्ञापन की specified disability categories तथा certificates से होगा।

🎓 4. योग्यता में सबसे आम चूक: ITI अकेले काफी नहीं

आवश्यक तीन हिस्से हैं: (1) कक्षा 10 पास, (2) उसी notified trade में full-time regular NTC/ITI, और (3) उसी trade का National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC)। NTC/ITI और NAC के प्रमाणपत्र/अंकपत्र 1 अक्टूबर 2026 तक जारी होने चाहिए। सिर्फ प्रशिक्षण समाप्त कर लेना, बिना पात्र प्रमाणपत्र, इस तिथि की शर्त पूरी नहीं करता।

अंक अलग-अलग जाँचे जाते हैं: सामान्य/OBC उम्मीदवारों के लिए NTC/ITI में कम-से-कम 60% और NAC में भी कम-से-कम 60%; पात्र SC/ST के लिए दोनों में अलग-अलग 55%। यदि ITI 72% और NAC 54% है, तो 60%-मानदंड वाले अभ्यर्थी के लिए दोनों का average 63% निकालकर पात्रता मान लेना गलत होगा। विज्ञापन EWS के लिए अलग कम प्रतिशत घोषित नहीं करता। अनारक्षित पद पर general-merit standards के तहत प्रतिस्पर्धा कर रहे SC/ST/PwBD अभ्यर्थियों को minimum educational marks की relaxed सीमा नहीं मिलती।

पूर्व-सैनिक विशेष नियम: योग्य military trade-equivalency certificate दिखाने वाले ExSM अभ्यर्थियों को विज्ञापन की सीमित स्थिति में minimum NTC/ITI और NAC marks requirement से छूट है; इसे सभी पूर्व-सैनिकों के लिए सामान्य NAC waiver न समझें। क्षेत्रीय भाषा (दक्षिणी units) या हिंदी (अन्य units) का ज्ञान desirable है, अनिवार्य certificate नहीं।

🎂 5. आयु और relaxation: आधार 1 अक्टूबर 2026

UR/EWS upper age 27 वर्ष; OBC-NCL +3; SC/ST +5। PwBD के लिए General +10, OBC +13 तथा SC/ST +15 वर्ष की छूट निर्धारित है। प्रासंगिक काम का कम-से-कम छह माह अनुभव और निर्धारित प्रमाणपत्र होने पर अनुभव-आधारित upper-age concession अधिकतम 7 वर्ष हो सकती है—यह सभी आवेदकों के लिए अनिवार्य न्यूनतम अनुभव नहीं है। J&K (1 जनवरी 1980–31 दिसंबर 1989 domicile) के पात्रों को +5 वर्ष और ExSM को सरकारी नियमों के अनुरूप छूट है। कुल सभी स्वीकार्य छूट के बावजूद 56 वर्ष अंतिम अधिकतम सीमा है। PDF में सभी के लिए कोई स्पष्ट universal minimum age नहीं छपी; यहाँ बनाई नहीं गई।

💰 6. पहला साल ₹24,000, नियमित वेतन बाद में; फीस शून्य नहीं

पहले एक वर्ष Temporary Artisan के रूप में consolidated wages ₹24,000 प्रति माह मिलेंगे। अवधि सफलतापूर्वक पूरी होने और कंपनी के मौजूदा नियमों के अनुसार regularization पर ₹29,500–₹65,000 pay scale (संबंधित allowances सहित) लागू होगा। इसका मतलब पहले दिन ₹65,000 हाथ में मिलना नहीं है।

₹72 की GST राशि PDF के कुल (₹1,072 एवं ₹472) में निहित ₹400 processing पर गणितीय अंतर है; इसे एक और ₹72 अतिरिक्त नहीं जोड़ना है। Payment gateway/bank charges अलग लग सकते हैं। यहाँ SC/ST/PwBD/ExSM को examination fee में छूट है, processing charge में नहीं।

🧠 7. परीक्षा, DV और Skill Test: सिर्फ pass होना selection नहीं

Stage I — Computer Based Examination (CBE): आधिकारिक दस्तावेज CBE merit-score को 100 अंकों के scale पर संदर्भित करता है। न्यूनतम 40% UR/EWS, 30% OBC-NCL/SC/ST है। PwBD/ExSM के लिए नियमानुसार threshold UR/EWS के संदर्भ में न्यूनतम 30% तथा OBC/SC/ST के लिए न्यूनतम 22.5% तक जा सकता है। ये minimum qualifying marks हैं, अंतिम competitive cutoff नहीं।

Shortlisting math: सामान्यतः संबंधित यूनिट × ट्रेड × category में प्रत्येक रिक्ति पर 3 अभ्यर्थी (1:3) DV एवं Skill Test के लिए बुलाए जा सकते हैं। जहाँ ठीक एक vacancy है, वहाँ अधिकतम 5 बुलाने का विशेष प्रावधान है। UR pool में बिना आरक्षण-छूट के merit से आने वाले reserved-community उम्मीदवारों की गिनती पहले होती है; बाकी पात्र उम्मीदवार बाद में अपनी respective श्रेणी में consider होते हैं। इस matrix को देखते हुए '10 पद × 3 = 30' एक नियम-समझाने वाला उदाहरण मात्र है, वास्तविक shortlisted list नहीं।

Stage II — पहले Document Verification, फिर qualifying Skill Test: अंतिम merit order CBE marks के आधार पर बनता है, लेकिन तभी जब उम्मीदवार दस्तावेज़ों में eligible और Skill Test में qualified हो। Skill Test के अलग marks जोड़कर final score नहीं बनाया जाता। Joining से पहले कंपनी के अधिकृत चिकित्सक से medical examination भी आवश्यक है।

क्या PDF में नहीं है: 6-पेज notice में CBE के MCQ की संख्या, परीक्षा की कुल अवधि, section-wise syllabus/marks और negative marking की निश्चित नीति प्रकाशित नहीं है। इसलिए 100 को 100 प्रश्न मत समझिए, और दूसरी भर्ती का syllabus/negative marking यहाँ copy नहीं करें। CBE के भाषा विकल्प Hindi, English और तीसरी भाषा के रूप में Kannada/Telugu/Tamil हैं; test-centre के अधिकतम पाँच विकल्प माँगे जा सकते हैं, final allocation BHEL के अधीन है।

🏅 8. Best Apprentice / Runner-Up से सीधी नियुक्ति नहीं

अधिसूचना में All India Skill Competitions के Best Apprentice और Runner-Up Apprentice के लिए विशेष preference का उल्लेख है, पर उन्हें भी online apply, CBE तथा आवश्यक Skill Test से गुजरना होगा। सफल चयन पर Best Apprentice को दो increments, Runner-Up को नियमित scale का न्यूनतम प्रारंभिक स्थान बताया गया है। बिना परीक्षा नियुक्ति या मनगढ़ंत bonus marks नहीं हैं।

🔒 9. 20 वर्ष की यूनिट-शर्त और पहले से BHEL में कार्यरत उम्मीदवार

यह आवेदन का सबसे बड़ा दीर्घकालिक निर्णय है: चयनित उम्मीदवार को आवंटित manufacturing unit में कम-से-कम 20 वर्ष सेवा देनी होगी; इस अवधि में साधारण transfer/change of posting अनुरोध स्वीकार नहीं होगा। विज्ञापन में अत्यंत सीमित और शर्तबद्ध transfer/reversion का प्रावधान अलग दर्ज है; उसे स्वतः transfer की सुविधा न समझें। BHEL में पहले से Temporary Employee या अन्य post पर चुने/नियोजित, किन्तु regularise न हुए अथवा probation पर कार्यरत अभ्यर्थियों के लिए विशिष्ट अपात्रता दी गई है (PDF पेज 2)।

📂 10. आवेदन से पहले उपयोगी दस्तावेज़-जाँच

Trade और unit के intersection में positive vacancy देखें; ज़ीरो हो तो उस यूनिट का विकल्प आपके ट्रेड के लिए उपयोगी नहीं है। BHEL कहता है कई online forms में सिर्फ सबसे आखिरी submitted application पर विचार होगा; इससे कई trades/units में अलग-अलग simultaneous candidature नहीं बनती।
1 अक्टूबर 2026 तक जारी Class X, NTC/ITI, NAC प्रमाणपत्रों के नाम/ट्रेड और पात्र प्रतिशत मिलाएँ। केवल एक में 60% होना पर्याप्त नहीं।
OBC-NCL certificate 1 जनवरी 2026 को या उसके बाद जारी होना चाहिए; प्रमाणित self-undertaking भी आवश्यक है। EWS income/asset certificate FY 2026–27 में valid और FY 2025–26 की income/assets verification पर आधारित हो।
PwBD status की prescribed certificate/medical category जाँचें; सरकारी/PSU कर्मचारियों के लिए proper channel या DV-cum-Skill पर NOC नियम का ध्यान रखें।
BHEL Careers पर आवेदन के बाद fee transaction और final submission की स्थिति देख लें। Email ID कम-से-कम एक साल सक्रिय रखें। 18 नवंबर को रात 11:45 बजे अंतिम समय है, midnight नहीं। 11 दिसंबर की परीक्षा तारीख tentative है।

Marks tested separately for NTC/ITI and NAC
