Telangana district medical and health administration for Mahabubabad, issuing district-level National Health Mission recruitment notifications.
Recruitment-specific overview from the published record.
Notification No. 03/2026 | Rc.No. E1/1636/NHM-Rectt./2026 | Signed 14 October 2026 | Applications 22–29 October 2026, up to 5:00 PM
The District Medical and Health Officer (DM&HO), Mahabubabad, Telangana, has invited 67 applications-based appointments under National Health Mission programmes for 2026–27. The recruiting process is administered by the District Selection Committee (DSC), chaired by the District Collector, acting for the District Health Society. This is one district notification covering clinical, community-health, laboratory, pharmacy, nursing, technical and accounts services—not 67 regular state civil-service appointments. The advertisement specifies contract engagement for 66 positions and outsourcing for one District Accounts Officer position, with service generally one year or until the actual requirement ends, whichever occurs first. The notification does not advertise a written examination, computer-based test, official exam syllabus, admit card or answer-key release. Its selection process is based on qualification records, merit, applicable priority rules and reservation. Original notification | official district listing.
Publication-date distinction: 14 October 2026 is the date printed on the signed notification; 22 October 2026 is the beginning of applications and the date shown on the district notice page. The application closing point is 29 October 2026 at 5:00 PM, a receipt deadline at the DM&HO office, not merely a postmark deadline. The published notice and its web note caution that postal delays are the applicant's risk.

| Lab Technician | 4 | 27,300 | Contract |
| Physiotherapist / Occupational Therapist | 3 | 33,750 | Contract |
| Physician (MBBS / MD) | 2 | 52,000 / 72,850 | Contract |

| District Accounts Officer | 1 | 22,750 | Outsourcing |
| TOTAL | 67 | — | 66 contract + 1 outsourcing |
The first, sixth, ninth and fifth rows contain combined designations or pay alternatives. The notice does not apportion the 34 MLHP positions among MBBS, BAMS and nursing candidates; nor does it split the two Physician, two Pediatrician/Medical Officer or three Physiotherapist/Occupational Therapist openings by qualification or designation. Do not represent these as separate quantified posts or infer a proportion from pay levels. The salary figures are stated per month; net take-home salary, allowances and increments are not declared. Page 1 of the signed four-page notification is the controlling source for these counts. It additionally says programme-wise vacancies will be displayed after final selection, so programme-level allocations are not yet available.

Vacancy concentration: 34 of 67 posts are in the combined MLHP group (50.75%), while Staff Nurse and ANM account for 15 of 67 (22.39%) together. This arithmetic describes the published group totals only; it is not a prediction of chances of selection for MBBS, BAMS, GNM, SC, ST or any other subset. The official notice gives no category-wise seat breakup from which such odds could be calculated.
The separate Educational Qualifications and Unit of Appointment annexure (3 pages) is indispensable. Registration with the indicated Telangana professional council/board is an actual criterion for several jobs. A degree alone is insufficient where registration is expressly required. The rules below are transcribed and interpreted by position; explanatory notes are not substitute eligibility certifications.
This is the largest group, but it is not a single interchangeable qualification. The annexure and supplementary NHM guidelines recognise alternative candidate streams:
| Candidate stream | Source-stated eligibility | Appointment unit / additional rule |
|---|---|---|
| MLHP Medical Officer — MBBS | MBBS and Telangana State Medical Council registration | Medical officer category is multi-zonal MZ-1 |
| MLHP Medical Officer — Ayurveda | BAMS and registration with the Board of Indian Medicine | Medical officer category is multi-zonal MZ-1 |
| B.Sc Nursing graduate, academic year 2020 onward | B.Sc Nursing and Telangana Nursing Council registration | Nursing category Zone-IV; no pre-2020 CPCH condition is stated for this stream |
| B.Sc Nursing graduate before 2020 | B.Sc Nursing, registration, and completed six-month Community Health bridge programme (CPCH) through IGNOU | Zone-IV |
| GNM-qualified nursing candidate | GNM, registration, and completed six-month CPCH through IGNOU | Zone-IV |
Eligibility trap: Reading only “B.Sc Nursing / GNM” without the year-of-graduation and six-month bridge-course clause can mislead an otherwise qualified nursing applicant. The 2020 academic-year boundary is not a generic service-experience cutoff. Nursing registration and, where prescribed, the bridge certificate must be evidenced in the application. The annexure uses “B.Sc(Nursing)/G.N.M.” within the pre-2020 stream; the official MLHP-specific supplementary pages clarify the GNM route.
Priority order and location matter. For municipal Health and Wellness Centres, the MLHP instructions prioritise medical doctors only: MBBS first, then BAMS. For non-municipal centres, MBBS applicants are considered before BAMS; nursing candidates are considered after eligible doctors are exhausted. MBBS/BAMS applicants may express options for urban or rural centres; the posting process is described as merit-cum-options. The 34 seats are not pre-assigned in this notification to urban/rural sites or academic streams. Do not claim nursing candidates are necessarily ineligible overall merely because doctors have first preference, nor promise access to a municipal MLHP post through the nursing route.
Selection-method caution — two official texts: The four-page district notification sets out a general 90 marks for qualifying examination + up to 10 age-weightage marks merit scheme. The MLHP-specific NHM guidelines, appended in the seven-page guideline PDF, describe selection based on the combined percentage of marks across all years of MBBS/BAMS/B.Sc Nursing/GNM alongside location, priority and reservation rules. The uploaded/linked documents do not clearly reconcile whether the 90+10 general scheme is applied in exactly the same way to MLHP. Therefore do not calculate an “official MLHP final score” using an assumed formula. Candidate should seek an authoritative clarification or the district's provisional MLHP merit list before making claims about the exact composite scoring sequence. This is a material distinction, not a minor footnote.
The annexure states GNM or B.Sc Nursing, with registration with the Telangana Nursing Council. This is the separate Staff Nurse vacancy group and must not be confused with the 34 MLHP positions: the latter have additional channel and, for certain nursing applicants, CPCH requirements. Staff Nurse is shown as Zonal (Zone-IV). The notice does not publish a nursing-practical test, course-wise minimum marks, specified ward posting or a requirement to hold both GNM and B.Sc Nursing.
The annexure requires SSC, plus a recognised 18-month MPHW(F) training certificate or the prescribed two-year Intermediate Vocational MPHW(F) programme together with the specified one-year clinical training / apprenticeship and completion credential. It separately mentions physical fitness for camp life and registration with Telangana State Nurses and Midwifery Council. These training alternatives are not equivalent to “any Class 10 pass”. Documentary evidence of training, where relevant one-year clinical/apprenticeship component and registration is important. The appointment unit is Zone-IV.
Intermediate plus DMLT or B.Sc (LT) from a recognised institution, with Telangana Para Medical Board registration. This is a genuine alternative between specified laboratory qualifications, not permission to substitute any biological-science degree. Zone-IV is indicated. A generic college certificate cannot replace required professional-board registration. The annexure does not set a laboratory skills examination or instrumentation paper.
The vacancy notification prints Physiotherapist/Occupational Therapist together for three openings. However, the separate qualifications annexure provides an explicit entry for Physiotherapist: a Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognised Indian university and Telangana Para Medical Board registration (Zone-IV). It does not separately print an Occupational Therapist qualification in the supplied three-page annexure. This is a documentary gap, not permission to copy the Physiotherapy qualification onto Occupational Therapy. Candidates seeking the Occupational Therapist route should verify the missing qualifying standard with DM&HO before submitting. No 2+1 split has been published.
The qualifications annexure accepts MBBS with Telangana Medical Council registration, or MD (General Medicine) with registration. The annexure says candidates with at least three years of relevant-field experience may be preferred; it does not describe those three years as an unconditional requirement for all applicants. These are Multi-Zonal (MZ-1) positions. The two pay figures are published next to the combined designation; the vacancy notice does not expressly allocate one post to MBBS and one to MD. No separate physician clinical skill test or interview-score matrix is supplied.
The qualifications annexure lists SSC, Diploma in Pharmacy, Bachelor of Pharmacy, and Telangana Pharmacy Council registration (Zone-IV). The text is enumerated rather than a clearly worded “D.Pharm OR B.Pharm” line, so candidates should check their degree/diploma route against the authority's reading instead of construing this list as a requirement to hold both D.Pharm and B.Pharm. Registration is expressly stated. Drug-handling responsibilities below are interview/role-awareness guidance, not an announced subject test.
A graduate qualification, PGDCA or another certificate demonstrating computer knowledge for at least two months, a permanent two-wheeler in the candidate's name, a valid driving licence, and ability to drive are explicitly specified. The experience condition is at least two years under RNTCP OR five years in a public-health programme in supervisory capacity; do not compress this into “two years any experience”. The registration/document/vehicle conditions are unusually consequential in this post and should be checked before spending on an application. Appointment unit: Zone-IV. The document does not specify a written tuberculosis exam or an added epidemiology degree.
The vacancy table aggregates Pediatrician/Medical Officers into two posts. The qualifications annexure separately identifies Pediatrician as MBBS with a postgraduate degree in relevant discipline, recognised by the Medical Council, and registration with the Telangana Medical Board; Medical Officer as MBBS with valid medical-council registration. It says candidates for child-health Medical Officer duties may be preferred if they have FBNC training and newborn/paediatric-care experience, subject to NHM guidelines. That is desirable/preferential, not a universal mandatory FBNC course. Both entries indicate MZ-1. Without a designation-wise vacancy roster, neither one pediatrician plus one MO nor the mapping of ₹1 lakh and ₹52,000 to individuals should be asserted as an officially fixed seat allotment.
The annexure requires SSC or equivalent plus the stated two-year Diploma in Refrigeration Engineering or government-recognised ITI refrigeration/air-conditioning engineering certificate route, with computer knowledge essential and subject-related experience preferable. The scanned annexure's grammar around the diploma/certificate alternatives is awkward; candidates should read the actual signed line rather than infer that any short repair course suffices. The appointment unit is District, not Zone-IV. This technical support role is distinct from the patient-facing service positions.
The annexure requires Intermediate with science covering Biology and Physics (Bi.P.C) or Mathematics and Physics (M.P.C), followed by a two-year Diploma in Paramedical Ophthalmic Assistant (DOA), Diploma in Ophthalmic Medicine (DOM), or Diploma in Optometry from a Telangana-government-recognised institution, and valid Telangana Paramedical Board registration. The notification's phrasing places a two-year duration beside DOA; do not assume another route's duration is officially the same without documentary support. Appointment unit: Zone-IV. No separate vision-test marking rubric is published.
The annexure requires MBA (Finance) or M.Com from a recognised university, computer knowledge, and a minimum of two years relevant accounts/finance experience. Unlike the Physician three-year preference or Refrigerator Mechanic preferred experience, the DAO two-year experience is mandatory as worded. The unit is District. The vacancy table categorises this post as Outsource; it should not be labelled a government-pay-scale appointment or counted as contract merely because the other 66 positions are contract posts.
The qualifications annexure distinguishes District, Zonal (Zone-IV) and Multi-Zonal (MZ-1) appointment units. Most nursing/paramedical/public-health support positions are shown as Zone-IV; doctor streams are generally MZ-1; Refrigerator Mechanic and District Accounts Officer are marked District. This is an appointment-cadre classification, not permission to work in any state, not a guarantee of posting in the applicant's home town, and not a new vacancy number. The published recruitment is in Mahabubabad District, Telangana.
The notification invokes the Telangana Public Employment (Organisation of Local Cadres and Regulation of Direct Recruitment) Order, 2018, GO Ms No.124 dated 30 August 2018, GO Ms No.128 dated 30 June 2021 and subsequent orders. Candidates are asked to provide study certificates from Classes 1–10, or qualifying private-study residence proof from the Tahsildar/MRO, to substantiate local status. Local residence or graduation in Telangana alone should not be presumed automatically sufficient where formal local-status proof is required.
The note on reservation refers to community, disability, ex-service persons and the continuation of the district's existing roster; it also cites 33⅓% women's reservation under the named government orders, Telangana's SC sub-classification provisions and special Scheduled Area rules for specified posts. None of the attached 2026 notification pages gives an OC/BC/SC/ST/EWS-wise numerical 67-seat allocation. Multiplying 67 by women's reservation fraction and treating the result as a published women's seat count would be misleading, because actual horizontal reservation and roster implementation depend on posts and cadres. Likewise, Scheduled Area and local-ST rules must not be universalised to all 67 vacancies without their applicability conditions.
Critical SC certificate instruction: The notification asks SC applicants to submit a latest community certificate identifying SC Group-I, SC Group-II or SC Group-III, in light of Telangana's 2025 sub-classification. The notice warns that an application lacking that up-to-date certificate will not be accepted. This is more specific than a generic 'caste certificate if applicable' checklist.
The stated base age is 18–44 years, both measured as at 01 July 2026. Upper-age relief in the notice is:
| Claimant group | Notified relaxation | Important qualifier |
|---|---|---|
| SC / ST / BC / EWS | 5 years | Applied to the upper age limit under applicable rules |
| Persons with benchmark disability / physically challenged | 10 years | Requires applicable proof; do not assume every disability claim qualifies |
| Ex-servicemen | 3 years plus qualifying armed-forces service | Notice says applicable only to Medical Officer posts |
| NCC instructors | 3 years plus service in NCC | Only for the category meeting the notified instructor condition |
These are age-eligibility relaxations, not automatically extra marks in selection. The documents do not specify how overlapping concessions combine; do not add them together without an authoritative rule. The base-age minimum of 18 remains separately applicable unless a later authority clarifies otherwise.
For the general recruitment procedure, the four-page notification describes 100 marks: up to 90 marks from the qualifying examination, and 10 marks maximum for age. Age weightage is counted from 18 years, awarding 0.5 mark per completed year after that threshold, capped at 10. The notice itself gives these examples:
| Completed age at 01-07-2026 | Age weightage under the printed examples |
|---|---|
| 20 years | 1.0 |
| 30 years | 6.0 |
| 38 years | 10.0 (maximum) |
For candidate preparation, the age portion can be expressed as min(10, 0.5 × max(0, completed age − 18)), provided the applicant otherwise meets the role's age criterion. The notification does not publish the exact rounding/conversion instructions for percentages/CGPA to its 90-mark academic component, or a tie-break method. Therefore avoid presenting a hypothetical calculated overall score as an officially certified merit mark. MLHP has the separate selection-method caution explained above.
📊 View vertical bar chart: published general merit maxima
| Merit component (general notice) | Maximum marks |
|---|---|
| Qualifying examination | 90 |
| Age weightage | 10 |
Process sequence stated by the authority: application scrutiny → provisional merit list displayed on the district website → opportunity to submit objections → finalised merit list → reservation/local-priority application and selection list → official communication/posting. The seven-page generic guidelines contain a blank district scheduling template; no specific provisional merit, objection, final list or counselling dates have been entered. Applicants should check the district notice page rather than trust invented calendar dates. A released merit list is not synonymous with an unconditional appointment; roster application and document verification still matter. The district retains the right to alter or cancel the selection process.
The official form is available as a three-page PDF, including an acknowledgement section. You must complete the proper printed form (not a newly invented portal form), with applicant details, post applied for, education history from Classes 1–10, qualifying-degree details, council registration, fee Demand Draft number/date/amount, signature and recent photograph.
Fees expressly stated in the notification: OC ₹500; BC, SC, ST ₹300. The notification does not expressly price EWS-only or other applicant categories, state exemption rules, or identify a fee-refund mechanism. Thus do not assume EWS fee is ₹300 solely from its age-relaxation status. The fee must accompany the application as a Demand Draft (DD) in favour of “The District Medical and Health Officer, Mahabubabad”. Applications not accompanied by the prescribed DD will be rejected. The application form additionally lists a DD xerox copy along with the original among enclosures. No UPI, online payment or cash-at-office route is offered in this notification.
Where to submit: F-25, Office of the District Medical & Health Officer, IDOC–Mahabubabad, Mahabubabad District, Telangana. Submit in person or by registered post with self-attested copies. The deadline is 29 October 2026, 5:00 PM for receipt, not dispatch; the selection committee disclaims responsibility for postal delays. If an essential enclosure is missing when the window closes, the notification says late submission of the certificate will not be accepted. A scanned form PDF is a download resource, not an online application portal.
| Item | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| SSC/date-of-birth certificate | Date of birth and 01 July 2026 age verification |
| Intermediate/10+2 certificate | Background education; separately important for selected technical roles |
| Essential qualification pass certificate | Proof of the specific degree/diploma/training stated for the selected post |
| All years' marks memos | Marks-based merit calculation; don't submit only the final passing certificate |
| Active relevant council/board registration | Essential to nursing, medical, pharmacy, lab, physiotherapy and ophthalmic eligibility where listed |
| CPCH bridge certificate | MLHP nursing streams for which the six-month bridge course is required |
| Latest community/EWS/ex-servicemen/NCC/disability certificate, as applicable | Reservation and upper-age claims; special SC Group-I/II/III instruction |
| Classes 1–10 study certificates, or qualifying residence proof | Supporting local-status assessment |
| Relevant experience certificates | Mandatory for DAO and Senior DOTS routes; preference, not unconditional entry, for some other roles |
| One recent photograph affixed and signed form | Official form fields and signature requirements |
| Original DD plus DD copy | Payment condition; verify the correct amount for your official category |
| Post-specific proof | TB supervisor's vehicle ownership/licence/computer certificate; ANM clinical/apprenticeship proof; recognised ITI course evidence for Refrigerator Mechanic |
Before sealing an envelope: compare the exact spelling of your name and DOB across SSC, professional registrations and certificates; check degree marks-year totals; identify the correct applied-for designation; include the latest needed roster/local-status proof and DD; retain a copy of the completed form and DD for your records. These are editorial application-quality checks, not newly announced government requirements. The official acknowledgement card is a part of the form, not an admit card for a written examination.
Although no written exam is notified, applicants may be asked to demonstrate role familiarity or supply clarifications during recruitment. The original notice refers to travel costs for interviews but does not schedule a structured interview for every post or publish marks for one. The following non-official practical preparation topics are grounded in typical job functions; they must not be passed off as DM&HO's announced paper, syllabus, question bank or selection stage.
MLHP / CHO / Medical Officer: Be able to discuss the difference between screening and diagnosis; referral versus continued primary-level follow-up; immunisation/cold-chain awareness; antimicrobial stewardship, red-flag escalation and confidential patient records. For nursing-stream MLHP candidates, understand the exact CPCH-eligibility pathway and why urban/rural posting options affect priority. Practise summarising a community-health case without claiming to follow a treatment protocol not supplied in the notice.
Staff Nurse: Review safe handover, vital-sign documentation, infection prevention, medicine double-checks, informed consent and escalation. A reliable answer should separate a physician's treatment decision from nursing observation and medication administration, without inventing a practical-test score.
ANM: Revise routine community-care documentation, maternal/newborn service referral pathways, immunisation record reconciliation and safe field interaction. The formal 18-month MPHW(F) or specified vocational-training route and council registration matter more to eligibility than unsupported guesses about an objective test pattern.
Lab Technician: Check pre-analytical sample identification, time-of-collection labelling, chain of custody, controls, safe handling and reporting limitations. Interview scenario: two samples carry the same identifier—how do you quarantine a data-quality error before reporting a result? No official equipment list is provided.
Pharmacist: Be able to explain dispensing error prevention, expiry/stock rotation, look-alike medicine checks, storage recording and referral when a prescription is unclear. This is general professional preparation, not a new pharmacy licensing condition.
Physiotherapist: Explain assessment documentation, red flags, patient-centred goal setting and progress measurement within one's professional scope. Occupational Therapy applicants should first establish the missing notified qualification standard; preparing based only on physiotherapy requirements would be speculative.
Physician / Pediatrician / child-health MO: Be ready to discuss clinical reasoning within one's recognised qualification and registration scope, high-risk referral, infection control and newborn-care systems. FBNC appears as a preference for relevant Medical Officer applicants, not a blanket compulsory certificate or an announced OSCE/practical examination.
Senior DOTS Plus TB-HIV Supervisor: Interpret why accurate treatment-follow-up records, referral privacy, counselling documentation and programme supervision matter. Work through an example of a missing follow-up visit without disclosing identifiable patient information. The vehicle/driver's licence and qualifying supervision experience are non-trivial eligibility checks.
Refrigerator Mechanic: Prepare to explain temperature logging, cold-chain equipment fault isolation, electrical safety, preventive maintenance reports and computer-based maintenance registers. The notification specifies training and essential computer knowledge, not a branded equipment certificate or technician exam.
Ophthalmic Assistant: Review reliable patient identifiers, visual-acuity measurement documentation, equipment hygiene and safe escalation to qualified clinicians, keeping within the role's licensed scope. The annexure's science-subject combination and recognised ophthalmic diploma are documentary qualifications.
District Accounts Officer: Practise reconciling a bank statement, cashbook and voucher register; tracking an invoice across approval and payment; documenting variances and retaining an audit trail. A candidate claiming two years' finance experience should be able to account for employer, period and relevant duties. No official accounting software proficiency test or specified CA credential is announced.
| Candidate profile | Responsible interpretation of Notification 03/2026 |
|---|---|
| B.Sc Nursing graduate in academic year 2021 with nursing registration, but no CPCH | Annexure's 2020-onward B.Sc Nursing MLHP stream does not prescribe the older-stream CPCH requirement; still subject to MLHP doctor/nurse priority and local/reservation rules |
| GNM with council registration but no six-month IGNOU CPCH | Does not satisfy the published MLHP GNM bridge-course requirement; may separately assess eligibility for the 8 ordinary Staff Nurse posts |
| MD General Medicine, registered, with one year of experience | Annexure says three years' experience may be preferred, not compulsory for every Physician applicant |
| Any graduate, two years' unrelated office job, no vehicle in own name | The Senior DOTS supervisor rules include computer certificate, appropriate public-health supervision experience, owned two-wheeler and licence; an unrelated job alone is insufficient |
| M.Com with 18 months of accounts experience | Below DAO's stated minimum two years, even if computer knowledge is present |
| A candidate mails documents on 29 October and they arrive on 30 October | Late receipt is stated to be rejected; the dispatch date does not rescue the application |
| EWS candidate assumes BC/SC/ST DD amount ₹300 | The notification does not print an EWS-specific fee; confirmation is needed, despite EWS being included in the age-relaxation clause |
| Candidate sees “Occupational Therapist” in the 3-post group | The attached qualification sheet expressly lists only Physiotherapist; seek official clarification before treating a particular OT degree as eligible |
| Candidate reads “67 positions” as 67 regular jobs | One-year/need-based temporary engagements are stated, with one explicit outsourced DAO post; neither permanent absorption nor permanent seniority is promised |
The legal source is Notification No. 03/2026, Rc.No.E1/1636/NHM-Rectt./2026, dated 14 October 2026. Its official district recruitment listing begins on 22 October 2026. The application and merit/selection tracks must be kept distinct: a candidate can submit an application now, but cannot download a 2026 selection result before the District Selection Committee issues the corresponding list. Each later milestone should reference this notification—not simply the same district or NHM scheme.
| Sequence | Exact 2026 status | Governing official information | Candidate action / editorial safeguard |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 · Job notification | Issued 14 Oct 2026; web application window opens 22 Oct 2026 | Signed four-page notice, qualification annexure and NHM guidelines | Use Notification No. 03/2026, not an older NHM vacancy advertisement |
| 2 · Application receipt | 22–29 Oct 2026, by 5:00 PM | Offline submission in person or registered post to F-25, O/o DMHO, IDOC-Mahabubabad | Submit all relevant self-attested enclosures and DD together; posting before deadline is not sufficient if delivered late |
| 3 · Eligibility and merit scrutiny | Provided for; assessment calendar not announced | General qualifying examination 90 marks + completed-year age weightage up to 10 marks; MLHP eligibility/priority conditions also apply | Check your actual degree, marks, board/council registration, local status, experience where mandatory and document completeness |
| 4 · Provisional merit list | Release date not announced | District notice says merit list will be displayed on official website, with an objection opportunity | Check whether a released list specifically cites 03/2026 / E1/1636 before relying on it |
| 5 · Objection period | Dates and submission procedure not announced | Provisional-list objection process is described, but no fixed 2026 challenge window is printed | Review listed marks, DOB-derived age weightage, qualification, reservation/local claims and application status if those details are displayed; use only the newly notified procedure |
| 6 · Final merit list | Not published for this advertisement as of 22 Oct 2026 | Finalise provisional merit following objections and scrutiny | A final ranking need not equal the final list of selected candidates |
| 7 · Selection list / result | No 03/2026 selection list or release date announced | District Selection Committee applies reservation/roster and local-cadre rules, then MLHP location-wise professional priority | Verify category, local status, vacancy group and the official selection list; do not infer post-specific roster numbers from the combined 67 |
| 8 · Appointment / joining | No 03/2026 joining date announced | Selected candidates are informed by SMS/official communication; one-year-or-earlier-need-ends contract terms | An SMS, list position or reserve panel does not change the advertised temporary nature of the engagement |
General method in the signed notification: a maximum of 90 marks from the qualifying examination and 10 marks for age. Age points accrue at 0.5 point per completed year beyond 18, capped at 10; the relevant age date is 1 July 2026. Thus a person who completed age 20 receives 1.0 age mark; at 30, 6.0; at 38 or older, 10.0—provided other eligibility rules are met. This is age weightage for ranking; the maximum permissible age and any notified relaxation remain separate eligibility questions. The authority has not published every degree-to-90 conversion detail in the four-page notice, so a decimal-merit formula must not be presented as an official post-specific algorithm. Likewise, MLHP has a doctor-first and location-sensitive preference hierarchy that cannot responsibly be reduced to a single overall rank across all 34 combined placements. See official Notification 03/2026 and the district recruitment listing.
A provisional merit list indicates the authority's working evaluation; it is not proof of a final selection. The notification provides an opportunity for objections to the district website's provisional merit. That opportunity concerns administrative/merit particulars, not a multiple-choice answer key. The candidate should retain the acknowledged submitted form, qualifying-exam marksheets, relevant registration certificates, local-study documents and applicable caste/relaxation evidence to compare with any released list. This is a document-readiness recommendation; no particular objection form or submission deadline is presently supplied. The authority, not this article, will say how and when objections may be filed.
A final merit list follows review of provisional merit. The selection list is a further outcome: the notice requires Rule of Reservation, local-cadre provisions, Scheduled Area/local-ST restrictions where applicable, and the existing roster to be followed. Particularly for MLHP, MBBS and BAMS candidates are treated differently from eligible nursing candidates and municipal facilities differ from non-municipal facilities. A lower numerical merit position is therefore not an automatic guarantee of selection to any specific grouped vacancy. The notice also warns that programme-wise vacancies will be displayed after final selection; it does not allocate the 34 MLHP posts by qualification or publish an OC/BC/SC/ST/EWS-wise vacancy count now.
What will count as a genuine linked result? A newly posted district document explicitly tied to Notification No. 03/2026 / Rc.No.E1/1636/NHM-Rectt./2026 and the relevant 2026–27 vacancies. When it exists, SarkariSapna should publish a separate result/merit update under the same recruitment identity, distinguish provisional merit from final selected list, provide the exact official PDF and preserve the original job link. That future record should not be created today with an invented date or an unrelated 2024/earlier-2026 list. The district's previous NHM merit publications prove that such document types are used locally, not that they belong to this 67-post recruitment.

Use the official district recruitment page and the district announcements archive. Check the notification number, issuing office, programme, posts, and date on any merit/result PDF before claiming it corresponds to this application. Existing lists for earlier Basti Dawakhana/BDK recruitment or other NHM years are separate notices, even if a post title looks familiar. On the website, the recruitment article should remain the canonical application source and any eventual provisional/final result should link back to it, rather than duplicate this 67-post job as a new vacancy.
The notified engagement is one year or until the requirement ceases, whichever occurs sooner, not a guaranteed 12-month salary entitlement. The four-page notice includes 30-day termination notice from either side, while retaining district authority to alter/cancel the selection process and evaluate performance for continuation. It says positions are temporary and non-transferable; selected candidates may have to travel on duty. No TA/DA is payable for attendance at interviews (where called), and no separate guaranteed hiring date, joining bonus or permanent absorption is given. A selection panel may be used for future vacancies for up to one year from the final selection date—panel eligibility must not be confused with an assurance of posting.
Contract vs outsourcing is relevant: the District Accounts Officer is explicitly Outsource, with any appointment through the applicable agency arrangement; the other 66 positions are marked Contract. Applicants should read the issued appointment letter for actual service conditions rather than importing regular-government pension, pay-matrix or service benefits from unrelated cadre rules.
Editorial verification date: 22 October 2026. Any correction, date extension, clarified OT qualification, revised MLHP merit rule or resulting merit list must be checked against a new official district communication. Officially published details take precedence over the examples and explanatory research in this article.

Selection stages in the order configured for this recruitment.
22–29 October 2026: receive offline applications at the notified F-25 DMHO Mahabubabad office by 5 PM on 29 October; check required DD, self-attested certificates, post-specific degrees, council registration, bridge-course documents where relevant, domicile/local-study evidence and experience where mandatory. The notified general merit framework provides up to 90 marks for qualifying examination performance and 10 marks for completed-year age weightage as on 1 July 2026 (0.5 per completed year after 18, capped at 10). The authority does not supply a post-wise conversion formula for CGPA or every MLHP category; do not invent one. MLHP medical/nursing eligibility and preference follow the separate official instructions.
After application scrutiny, the authority states it will publish a provisional merit list on the official Mahabubabad district website and invite objections. The 14 October 2026 notification does not announce its release date, objection window, challenge form, or any fee for an objection. Applicants should check the exact Notification No. 03/2026 and their claimed academic, age, category, local status and registration particulars against the published document; do not confuse another recruitment’s list with this one.
The District Selection Committee is to finalise the merit list after the provisional list and objections. The notification does not state an appeal format, decision-by date or a separate scoring round. Its marks approach and age reference date remain those officially notified. This is documentary/merit scrutiny, not an answer-key challenge or CBT result. A finalised merit ranking is not itself a promise of appointment.
Following finalised merit, the district committee applies the applicable local-cadre/presidential-order provisions and reservation/roster rules and prepares the selection list. For MLHP positions, MBBS doctors have preference over BAMS, with eligible nursing routes considered subject to location and other conditions; municipal versus non-municipal Health and Wellness Centre rules differ. The 34 combined MLHP seats and other combined groups are not split into invented degree/roster quotas. No specific 03/2026 final list or selection date has been verified as published on 22 October 2026.
The notice says selected candidates will be informed by SMS or official communication, with headquarters maintenance and no transferability. The engagement is contract/outsourcing for one year or until the actual need ceases, whichever occurs earlier; an ordinary 30-day notice is specified for termination from either side, subject to other conditions. A selection panel may be used for additional vacancies for one year from final selection, but gives no automatic appointment entitlement. No joining date or posting order date for Notification 03/2026 has been announced.
