🚆 North Western Railway Act Apprentices 2026: 2,008 advertised slots — लेकिन PDF tables में 2,234 क्यों?

RRC Jaipur, North Western Railway (NWR) ने Engagement of Apprentices Notice No. 04/2026 (NWR/AA) का revised notification 21 October 2026 को जारी किया है। यह Apprentices Act, 1961 के अंतर्गत trade training है, न कि Group D, Technician या किसी स्थायी रेलवे पद की भर्ती। आवेदन 23 October 2026 से शुरू होकर 22 November 2026, 23:59 IST पर बंद होते हैं। इसी notice की पुरानी 1 October listing और 7 October की सूचना मौजूद हैं; आवेदन की तारीख के लिए 21 October का revised PDF ही संदर्भ है।

🔴 विज्ञापन में 226 training slots का सत्यापन योग्य अंतर

Revised PDF के पृष्ठ 2 पर साफ तौर पर 2,008 training slots लिखे हैं। लेकिन PDF के पृष्ठ 4–8 पर छपी आठ unit tables के कुल 2,234 हैं। यह केवल rounding की समस्या नहीं: 2,234 − 2,008 = 226। नीचे दिए आँकड़े PDF के ज्यों-के-त्यों प्रकाशित unit totals हैं; इन्हें 2,008 की corrected allotment समझना सही नहीं होगा।

Candidate takeaway: विज्ञापन में लिखा 2,008 total और tables का 2,234 total, दोनों एक ही revised PDF में हैं। जब तक RRC Jaipur आधिकारिक स्पष्टीकरण/संशोधित vacancy matrix नहीं देता, 226 पदों को किसी category, trade या unit में अपनी तरफ से घटाना गलत है। नीचे दिया ग्राफ केवल प्रकाशित unit tables का चित्र है; यह final reconciled 2,008-seat chart नहीं है।

🧭 सबसे अधिक slots वाला unit चुनना हमेशा सही क्यों नहीं

RRC स्पष्ट कहता है कि उम्मीदवार केवल एक unit चुन सकता है, और finalized form बदलना/बार-बार आवेदन देना allowed नहीं है। इसलिए अपनी NCVT/SCVT ITI trade के लिए उस unit में वास्तविक vacancy होना सबसे पहली शर्त है। केवल Jaipur का 549 figure देखकर वहां आवेदन न करें।

• DRM Jaipur: Fitter (Mechanical) 186, Engineering Fitter 101, Electrician (General) 49, Electronics Mechanic (S&T) 45; दो अलग Fitter descriptions को एक post मानकर eligibility न बदलें (PDF पृष्ठ 6).
• DRM Ajmer: Welder 125 (DRM main trade), Diesel Mechanic 67, Electrician Coaching/Power/TRD 50-50-50; S&T और Engineering department की इसी नाम की छोटी seats अलग rows हैं (PDF पृष्ठ 4).
• DRM Bikaner: Fitter (Mechanical) 134, तथा P.Way Fitter 49 और P.Way Welder 49; विभाग के आधार पर trade/placement row अलग है (PDF पृष्ठ 5).

ये examples नहीं बल्कि वास्तविक published row values हैं। ट्रेड का नाम/विशेषीकरण और आपका ITI certificate matching होना चाहिए। COPA को mechanically सभी computer-related trades का equivalent समझना भी उचित नहीं है; notified trade check करें।

🎓 Eligibility — 10वीं 50% के साथ ITI भी अनिवार्य

1. मान्य Board से Class 10/equivalent, सभी subjects मिलाकर कम-से-कम 50% aggregate। अधिसूचना का स्पष्ट नियम no rounding off है; 49.99% को 50% न मानें।
2. उसी notified trade में NCVT/SCVT National Trade Certificate। केवल 10वीं या केवल ITI होने से पात्रता पूरी नहीं होती।
3. जरूरी academic/technical योग्यता आवेदन जमा करते समय हासिल होनी चाहिए; final result awaiting उम्मीदवारों को आवेदन न करने को कहा गया है।
4. एक ही unit, एक online application। अलग mobile/email से duplicate आवेदन करने पर सभी applications reject हो सकती हैं।

📐 Merit का वास्तविक formula — कोई अलग CBT घोषित नहीं

Merit % = (Matriculation aggregate % + notified ITI certificate %)/2. Matriculation में optional/best-five नहीं: सभी विषयों के अंक गिने जाएंगे। ITI प्रतिशत provisional या final certificate में जैसा है उसी आधार पर लिया जाएगा।

उदाहरण, केवल formula समझने के लिए: 10वीं 76% और ITI 84% हों तो merit 80%। यह किसी उम्मीदवार का official cutoff, selection chance या पिछले वर्ष का result नहीं है।

Tie-break: समान merit पर अधिक उम्र वाला पहले; date of birth भी समान हो तो जिसने Class 10 पहले पास की, उसे वरीयता। Merit list unit-wise, trade-wise और community-wise बनेगी; notice कहता है कि कोई एक centralized merit list नहीं बनेगी। DV और prescribed medical fitness certificate अगली प्रक्रियाएँ हैं; written exam, CBT, interview या skill test का कोई चरण इस revised notice में घोषित नहीं है।

🎂 Age — 22 November 2026 को क्या स्थिति होगी?

उम्मीदवार ने 15 वर्ष पूरे कर लिए हों और 24 वर्ष पूरे न किए हों, reference date 22 November 2026 है। यह upper bound 24 से कम है, साधारण 15–24 inclusive पढ़ना भ्रामक होगा। SC/ST +5 वर्ष, OBC +3 वर्ष तथा PwBD +10 वर्ष तक upper-age relaxation। Ex-servicemen: PDF पृष्ठ 9, पैरा 8.4 में अधिकतम अतिरिक्त 10 वर्ष का उल्लेख Defence Forces में की गई सेवा + 3 वर्ष की गणना के संदर्भ में है। कम-से-कम 6 महीने लगातार सेवा, तथा कुछ पहले से civil Government service में पुनर्नियुक्त Ex-servicemen के लिए अपवाद भी लिखे हैं। इसे हर उम्मीदवार के लिए स्वतः +10 वर्ष की छूट न मानें।

💳 ₹100 fee, exemptions और payment failure

₹100 non-refundable application fee सामान्य/शेष अभ्यर्थियों पर लागू है। SC, ST, PwBD और सभी महिला अभ्यर्थियों से fee ₹0। नोटिस OBC/EWS के लिए अलग zero-fee concession नहीं बताता। Gateway transaction charges अलग लग सकते हैं। Payment कटने के बावजूद form न डाउनलोड हो तो website का Verify Payment विकल्प उपयोग करें; अधूरी payment/application को complete न मानें।

🧾 Upload और Documents — rejection से बचने की checklist

आवेदन का printout तथा same photograph की दो अतिरिक्त copies संभालें। सिर्फ online form स्वीकार्य है; printout को RRC दफ्तर भेजना नहीं है।

🩺 PwBD, Ex-Servicemen और reservation का सही अर्थ

Unit matrices में PwBD तथा Ex-Servicemen के लिए दिखाई गई seats horizontal reservation हैं, कुल slots के अलावा अतिरिक्त seats नहीं। उनकी संख्या ऊपर के 2,234 में दोबारा जोड़ना double-counting होगा। Benchmark disability की trade-specific suitability notice paragraph 12 में अलग है; केवल PwBD status होने से प्रत्येक notified trade में eligibility स्वचालित नहीं बनती। सही category documents DV के समय जरूरी हैं।

💰 Stipend, contract और नौकरी की गारंटी

Notice paragraph 17 में training period और stipend को prevailing Railway Board directions पर छोड़ा गया है; कोई रुपये का निश्चित monthly stipend या fixed training duration नहीं दिया गया। ऐसे में मनमाने ₹7,000–₹9,000 लिखना आधिकारिक तथ्य नहीं होगा। Hostel accommodation नहीं मिलेगा। Apprentice अथवा नाबालिग होने पर guardian को apprenticeship contract में प्रवेश करना होगा। Training समाप्त होने पर regular Railway employment/absorption का कोई अधिकार नहीं मिलता (paragraph 21.2)।

🔎 आवेदन से पहले तीन निर्णायक जाँच

पहली: केवल 21 October 2026 के revised notice की application dates अपनाएँ, 1 October के पुराने online schedule पर भरोसा नहीं। दूसरी: अपने ITI trade के नाम के साथ selected unit की specific row मिलाएँ; multiple applications स्वीकार नहीं। तीसरी: विभाग की official updates पर 2,008 headline बनाम 2,234 table total की clarification देखें—किसी third-party list के 226 seats अपने हिसाब से घटाने पर निर्णय न लें।
