RCF Assistant Officer (IPD) Compliance E0 Skill Test 2026 (Advt. 09092026)
RCF Assistant Officer (IPD) Compliance — Official Skill Test 2026
Recruiting organization: Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF Ltd)
Recruitment: Advertisement No. 09092026; E0 Grade, post code E0ASSTIPD/092026; one unreserved vacancy.
Is a Skill Test actually notified?
Yes. Sections VII, IX and X of RCF's original 18-page recruitment advertisement expressly prescribe a qualifying Skill Test for this post. This is not an invented CBT, written examination or separate recruitment cycle. The test date, time, venue and call-letter release date have not been announced in the source PDF. Candidates should watch the company's HR Recruitment page and the mobile number/email submitted with their application for official communication.
Official Skill Test assessment
| Assessment component | Maximum marks |
|---|---|
| Practical job knowledge and handling of the role according to required skills | 70 |
| Safety awareness and computer knowledge | 20 |
| Communication skills | 10 |
| Total | 100 |
Minimum qualifying requirement: 60/100 marks. This is the notified pass floor for the test; it is not a declared final selection cutoff. RCF describes the test as qualifying in nature and assesses candidates as suitable or unsuitable for the post. The notice does not provide a negative-marking rule, a question count, a written-paper duration or an official test date; none should be assumed.
What the assessed job knowledge relates to
The job notice specifies practical compliance functions involving Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organisation (PESO) guidelines, statutory requirements, safe transportation of ammonium nitrate melt, regulatory liaison, and completeness of supporting documentation. Computer and safety knowledge are jointly allocated 20 marks; communication is separately allocated 10 marks. These are the official evaluation areas, not a claim that a separate downloadable detailed syllabus has been released.
Screening, merit and subsequent stages
- Eligibility and document scrutiny: Online-uploaded credentials and original documents (graduation, the minimum 15 years of relevant post-qualification experience, age, identity and any applicable NOC/reservation proof) are checked before the Skill Test.
- Qualifying Skill Test: The 100-mark assessment described above; exact scheduling will come from RCF.
- Selection and waitlist: If Skill Test marks are equal, the advertisement's tie-break rules use (i) percentage in qualifying graduation, (ii) percentage in SSC/Matriculation and then (iii) earlier date of birth. RCF states a waitlist ratio of 1:2 for the one selected post, subject to its selection rules, valid for one year.
- Pre-employment medical fitness: Final appointment remains subject to employer medical standards and successful verification; physical, vision, hearing, ECG, lab tests, chest X-ray and lung-function assessments may be involved.
Call letter: Candidates provisionally shortlisted for the Skill Test will be informed through RCF's announced electronic channels. Do not treat this announcement of a future call letter as proof that one is available to download.
Official verification: RCF HR Recruitment and original RCF recruitment PDF.
