Notified computer-based written exam structure

120 multiple-choice questions, 120 marks, 120 minutes, no negative marking.

Concerned-subject eligibility / preparation context: Master’s in History/concerned specialisation with the concerned subject studied at graduation level, minimum 50%. For most PGT subjects: NCTE-recognised integrated postgraduate course in concerned subject including B.Ed. (minimum 50%) OR relevant master’s degree (minimum 50%) PLUS NCTE B.Ed./three-year integrated B.Ed.-M.Ed./four-year integrated teacher education with specified ≥50% requirements. Computer Science has its own degree routes. CTET is not a stated PGT essential qualification. The official broad 75-mark 'Subjects Concerned' component for non-leadership posts does not publish all 75 individual micro-topics in the main PDF: detailed syllabus is provided on AEES's designated application portal. Do not replace it with an unrelated coaching syllabus or historical internal-promotion paper.

Stage-by-stage rules and downstream lifecycle

• Qualifying CBT marks: regular threshold 60% UR/EWS; 54% for eligible SC/ST/OBC/PwBD reserved-post candidates. AEES may reduce in shortage of qualifying candidates to not less than 55% and 49% respectively. This is a qualifying percentage, not an already declared recruitment cutoff/rank list.
• Shortlisting: vacancy-count based category ratios determine calls for interview/skill test; meeting a score threshold alone is not a right to a call letter.
• Skill demonstration at AEES Anushaktinagar, Mumbai: Subject-oriented chalk-and-board practical teaching demonstration; GO/NO GO qualifying decision. Only GO candidates are ranked by CBT marks.
• Provisional CBT answer key: within three days after actual test; objections online within 72 hours; fee ₹250 per question, refunded when the challenge is accepted. Final key within fifteen days of CBT, with candidate-login visibility up to ten days after publication.
• Document and medical checks: original qualifications, original ID, caste and other claims, acknowledged police verification application/PVC, serving-employee NOC and medical fitness as applicable. No result, admit card or answer key for this specific direct-recruitment exam was published in the source documents.
