विज्ञापन RGNAU/5290/05/ADMIN/603 दिनांक 23 सितंबर 2026 के अनुसार Fursatganj, Amethi campus में Junior Technical Superintendent की 1 UR contractual vacancy है। मानदेय ₹60,000 प्रति माह consolidated है, online आवेदन की अंतिम तिथि 15 नवंबर 2026। इसे RGNAU Junior Technician के छह पदों का हिस्सा या internal promotion घोषित करना गलत है। दोनों के विज्ञापन अलग हैं और इनके qualification/experience/age/pay का अंतर वास्तविक applicant decisions बदलता है।

योग्यता: degree ही पर्याप्त नहीं Essential academic route: appropriate field में 3-year Engineering Diploma OR BSc/equivalent; इसके बाद 5 years relevant academic-institution laboratory experience चाहिए। University ने साथ ही computer applications, electronic instruments, sophisticated equipment handling, repairing और maintenance in workshop/laboratory/industry का knowledge मांगा है। Central/State government/autonomous universities/institutions/PSU का exposure 'desirable' है; इसे सभी applicants के लिए compulsory government service न बनाएं। Aerospace, Mechanical, ECE, Electrical, Computer Science, IT, Chemistry आदि fields 'indicative but not exhaustive' हैं। Actual appropriate discipline विश्वविद्यालय के evaluation पर निर्भर करेगा।

5 साल की laboratory experience बनाम 5 साल सामान्य industrial experience Clause अनुभव को specifically 'laboratory in academic institution' कहता है, जबकि instrument/repair knowledge के सन्दर्भ में workshop/lab/industry उदाहरण आता है। इन दोनों को उलट कर यह निष्कर्ष न निकालें कि पाँच साल किसी भी उद्योग की repairing अपने आप university laboratory requirement पूरी करती है। उदाहरण: 6 years industrial electronics repair but zero academic lab experience—candidate को अपनी eligibility पर clarification लेना चाहिए। दूसरी ओर विश्वविद्यालय के teaching/research lab में पाँच साल equipment maintenance records, calibration logs, safety protocols, student/researcher support वाले applicant का documentary narrative अधिक सीधे advertised experience से जुड़ता है। Candidate को experience letter में सिर्फ 'Technician' नहीं, academic lab की nature और actual tasks भी दिखाने चाहिए।

Junior Technician से तुलना—salary headline के पीछे शर्तें Junior Technician 2026: 6 posts, 2 years academic lab experience, maximum age 30, consolidated ₹35,000/month, deadline 31 October। JTS 2026: 1 UR, 5 years academic lab experience, age 40, ₹60,000/month, deadline 15 November। ₹60,000–₹35,000 = ₹25,000/month फर्क, यानी ₹35,000 के आधार पर लगभग 71.43% अधिक advertised consolidated pay है। यह केवल salary-figure comparison है, permanent scale, promotion ladder या personal selection probability नहीं। दो अलग applications और fees की ज़रूरत हो सकती है; अपने status के लिए respective portal instructions जाँचें।

JTS requires five years of relevant laboratory experience in an academic institution, alongside computer applications, electronic instruments and repair/handling of sophisticated instruments in workshop/laboratory/industry contexts; JT requires two years of academic laboratory experience. The JTS Rs 60,000/month consolidated is Rs 25,000 or 71.43% more than the JT Rs 35,000/month consolidated, but neither figure is a regular pay-matrix grade, and neither promises the other post as a promotion. A simple 12-month multiplication (Rs 7,20,000 vs Rs 4,20,000) assumes all 12 months are paid and excludes taxes, rent, benefits and gaps; it is illustrative, not a verified in-hand or permanent annual CTC.
