Qualification decisions that matter
ITI is not a substitute for NAC. Technical Assistant applicants need the designated ITI/NTC trade and a valid NAC, with the stated combined minimum duration. A certificate in a different trade should not be treated as interchangeable merely because the workshop duties sound similar.
A diploma route and an engineering route are separate. Scientific Assistant and Project Engineer posts carry different requirements and salaries. Match the exact essential qualification in the annexure rather than selecting a post only by the word “Electronics”. The Electrical-from-IIT alternative in certain electronics/RF engineering rows is specifically worded; it is not an unrestricted equivalence for every Electrical degree.
Professional management qualifications must be full-time where specified. Project Executive requires the stated undergraduate route plus MBA/MMS; Executive Assistant is a different graduate-level position. The annexure also requires 35 wpm typing for the executive/assistant rows that state it. It does not supply a separate typing-test duration or language to invent.
Relevant experience starts after the essential qualification. Where a senior role accepts a relevant M.E./M.Tech/Ph.D without prior experience, that exception applies to that role; it does not erase a Project Scientist’s two-year or Senior Project Scientist’s four-year requirement after the specified postgraduate/research qualification.
Pay and contract: calculate the commitment, not an assumed package
Remuneration is consolidated monthly pay. It is not a quoted take-home amount, a permanent pay scale or a promise of separate DA/HRA. Grade A, B and C assistants have different pay and experience conditions; their highest salary should not be advertised as the salary available to every fresher.

The contract ends after two years or at the end of the project, whichever is earlier. No right to regularisation, absorption or automatic extension is created.
