IIIT Pune 2026: Junior Superintendent vs JE Merit, JoPT Worked Cases, 8 Vacancies और Hardcopy Deadline

🏫 IIIT Pune का 29 अक्टूबर 2026 विज्ञापन Junior Superintendent (6), Junior Engineer Civil (1) और Junior Engineer Electrical (1) सहित आठ Group B नियुक्तियों के लिए है। यह लेख पुराने NIT Raipur या DU non-teaching guides का पुनर्लेखन नहीं है: इसमें 21-पृष्ठीय मूल IIIT Pune भर्ती PDF की तीन अलग annexures का उपयोग करके recruitment decisions तथा practice cases हल किए गए हैं। केवल ऑनलाइन form भरना इस भर्ती की पूरी application procedure नहीं है।

1. दो deadlines: submit और received में अंतर

ऑनलाइन form और fee proof निकालने के बाद Annexure-IV index, क्रमांकित एवं self-attested दस्तावेज़, हस्ताक्षरित application और envelope superscription तैयार करना है। 9 दिसंबर dispatch date नहीं, receipt deadline है। डाक/courier देरी का जोखिम अभ्यर्थी का है। एक से अधिक पदों के लिए अलग forms और अलग fee के नियम लागू।

2. आठ सीटें—वास्तविक roster और चयन की सीमा

पाँच UR + दो OBC-NCL + एक SC = आठ। यह roster selection probability या income eligibility बताने का अकेला आधार नहीं है। कोई EWS/ST विशेष सीट नहीं दिखाई देने का अर्थ यह नहीं कि उपयुक्त अन्य श्रेणी का व्यक्ति UR के लिए आवेदन नहीं कर सकता।

3. Degree बनाम Diploma/PG: अलग experience thresholds

First-class का अर्थ: जहाँ संबंधित संस्थान ने conversion या first-class equivalence की अपनी policy नहीं दी, वहाँ मूल PDF के अनुसार 60% या 6.5 CGPA (जो लागू हो) मानक है। इसे PG+4 years वाले वैकल्पिक route पर बिना आधार universal first-class requirement नहीं बनाना है।

केवल full-time relevant experience गिना जाएगा; छह महीने से छोटा single stint नहीं गिना जाएगा। Experience certificate पर सक्षम प्राधिकारी के हस्ताक्षर, letterhead, designation और उस अवधि की pay/pay-level detail देखी जाएगी।

4. दो प्रकार की JoPT, दो अलग final-merit equations

जूनियर Superintendent के लिए 100 लिखित अंक में 40 General Aptitude तथा 60 Domain Knowledge हैं।

यह distinction सबसे महत्त्वपूर्ण है: Superintendent के qualifying practical में अधिक अंक final merit को नहीं बढ़ाते, जबकि JE का JoPT 50/100 अंतिम कुल का हिस्सा है। गलत chart में सभी 3 पदों की JoPT को “qualifying-only” मत बताइए।

5. Candidate scores के दो worked merit examples

Junior Superintendent comparison

उम्मीदवार A: Written 82/100 और JoPT 26/50; B: Written 79/100 और JoPT 45/50। दोनों JoPT में 25/50 न्यूनतम पास हैं। Merit के लिए 82 बनाम 79 तुलना होगी, 108 बनाम 124 नहीं। इसलिए अन्य घोषित tie/selection नियम समान रहने पर A का written-based order ऊपर है। यह invented practice data है, वास्तविक आयोग result नहीं।

Junior Engineer comparison

उम्मीदवार C: Written 39/50, JoPT 32/50 = 71/100। उम्मीदवार D: Written 37/50, JoPT 36/50 = 73/100। JE scheme के तहत D का combined score अधिक है। पहले आवश्यक eligibility और shortlisting stages लागू होंगे।

6. Written exam preparation: J. Superintendent का 40:60 breakdown

Annexure-I में General Aptitude की 40 marks coverage में aptitude, reasoning, English/comprehension, general awareness और basic computer हैं। Domain के 60 में governance, office procedure, CCS conduct/leave rules, GFR–procurement, RTI, NEP, institutional systems, Samarth/e-Office आदि हैं।

Written qualifying percentage: GEN/OBC/EWS 50%; SC/ST 45%। इसे अंतिम चयन का निश्चित category-wise cutoff न मानें। JoPT minimum 50% अर्थात 25/50, qualifying nature में है।

7. JoPT प्रशासनिक अभ्यास: file note और spreadsheet

Solved case: procurement file में तीन quotations

तीन उद्धरण (illustrative, taxes और specs समान मानें): A ₹42,800, B ₹40,750, C ₹41,300। न्यूनतम arithmetical offer B = ₹40,750 है; A से ₹2,050 कम तथा C से ₹550 कम। लेकिन वास्तविक खरीद निर्णय केवल सबसे कम दर के आधार पर नहीं: specifications, validity, GFR, स्वीकृति शक्तियाँ और खरीद-विधि की जाँच जरूरी। नोट: “तुलनीय quotations की technical verification तथा procurement नियमों के अनुसार अनुमोदन के बाद वित्तीय निर्णय प्रस्तावित हो।”

Solved case: Excel exception log

कॉलम A में file number, B में due date, C में closure date रखें। किसी row के लिए यदि C खाली है और B आज से पहले है तो “Overdue”, C में date है तो “Closed”, अन्यथा “Open” संकेत बनता है। यह logic एक अभ्यास है; private applicant-data का खुला spreadsheet न बनाएँ। Duplicate file IDs और missing dates flag करना रिकॉर्ड अखंडता सिखाता है।

8. JE Civil और Electrical के जोPT अभ्यास अलग क्यों?

Civil: BOQ और quantities

यदि 12 m लंबी, 4 m चौड़ी और 0.12 m मोटी concrete slab मानें तो आयतन = 12 × 4 × 0.12 = 5.76 m³। अतिरिक्त 5% allowance केवल illustrative tender assumption हो तो 5.76 × 1.05 = 6.048 m³। वास्तविक BOQ में drawing, deductions, code और specification से तय quantity अपनानी होगी। PDF Annexure-II में estimates, surveying, material testing और contracts JoPT विषय हैं।

Electrical: kW बनाम kVA

मान लें वास्तविक demand 10 kW और power factor 0.8 है। Apparent power S = P/pf = 10/0.8 = 12.5 kVA। यह केवल theory exercise है, actual DG/UPS selection के लिए starting current, redundancy, site conditions व safety codes भी देखने होंगे। Annexure-III में transformers, switchgear, HT/LT cables, wiring, UPS/DG और contracts शामिल हैं।

9. Application fee: GST गणना की स्वतंत्र जाँच

Fee non-refundable है। IIIT Pune के नियमित कर्मचारियों को notice के अनुसार छूट है। किसी अन्य category या अन्य विश्वविद्यालय की fee से इसे न मिलाएँ। एक से अधिक अलग posts के form पर अलग applicable fee है।

10. Annexure-IV का दस्तावेज़ पैकेट तैयार करने की क्रम-सूची

• पहला पृष्ठ: candidate व post विवरण के साथ Cover Page / Index; document page numbers लिखें।
• इसके तुरंत बाद fee receipt/payment proof, फिर प्रत्येक पृष्ठ पर हस्ताक्षरित final application, उसके बाद prescribed sequence में प्रमाण।
• 10वीं की DOB proof, 12वीं, UG/PG records, experience letters, valid category/relaxation documents और जिन प्रमाणों का दावा किया है वे सभी शामिल।
• हर supporting page को self-attest और serial numbering करें; email या portal पर केवल draft save करना submission नहीं।
• Envelope पर “Application for the post of …” और E-Samarth Form No. लिखें; Registrar, IIIT Pune, PO Talegaon, Pune, Maharashtra 410507 को पूर्ण packet पहुँचे।

11. तीन recruitment traps और final sources

• Trap 1: Junior Superintendent का 50-mark JoPT final 150 में जोड़ना गलत; merit में written 100 का भार है।
• Trap 2: JE JoPT को qualifying-only मानना गलत; संबंधित annexures में 50+50 merit है।
• Trap 3: 9 दिसंबर को post करना काफी नहीं; उस समय तक hard copy receive होनी चाहिए।
