Jai Prakash Narayan Apex Trauma Centre (JPNATC), AIIMS New Delhi has released two separate bilingual notices for Clinical Assistant (1 post) and Project Assistant (1 post). Both appear on the institute's recruitment portal with an upload date of 17 October 2026 and closing date of 25 October 2026. Although there are two notices, the two openings are presented together here for candidates comparing their options; each retains its own official notification.

| Clinical Assistant | 1 | Master's in Sciences | ICU CT-data collection, clinical and laboratory support |
| Project Assistant | 1 | Master's in Sciences | ICU CT-data collection, clinical and laboratory support |
| Total | 2 | | |
The PDFs state “Masters in Sciences” / “विज्ञान में स्नातकोत्तर”, but do not specify a science discipline, marks percentage, named postgraduate course, medical registration or degree-equivalence list. An applicant should not assume that a bachelor's degree alone qualifies or that a particular MSc specialisation is compulsory without a further AIIMS clarification.
The Clinical Assistant notice expects candidates to engage with doctors and surgeons and to understand how case-specific medical conditions and repair procedures are handled. It lists CT data collection inside an ICU and expressly mentions knowledge and experience of operating CT scanners in the ICU. The role also covers organising lab supplies, ordering materials, maintaining equipment, developing standard operating procedures, liaising with other hospital departments and helping with virtual or in-person laboratory tours.
Experience nuance: The PDF lists CT scanner operational knowledge and experience among the primary responsibilities, but it does not specify a minimum number of years or a named mandatory CT certification. That practical requirement matters when deciding whether to apply; it must not be converted into a fabricated two-year experience rule.
The separately titled Project Assistant notice provides the same stated minimum degree and substantially the same responsibilities: ICU CT-data work, familiarity with CT scanner operation, cooperation with clinicians and surgeons, laboratory inventory/equipment, SOP development, interdisciplinary work and lab tours. The PDF does not establish a different required subject, experience threshold or pay band for this position. The separate job title does not by itself prove a different grade or contractual duration.
Choice between posts: Candidates whose background combines postgraduate science study, CT/imaging operations and ICU-based clinical-data or laboratory coordination may find the advertised duties relevant to both. However, neither notification states whether a candidate may apply for both jobs or how separate applications must be submitted. Do not assume that one application covers both roles.
- Common official closing date: The AIIMS recruitment pages show 25 October 2026 for both positions. Neither two-page PDF contains that deadline or an exact clock-time; do not assume 11:59 PM.
- Submission instructions absent: The PDFs do not provide a recruitment email, postal destination, application portal, prescribed form or document-upload instructions. The AIIMS notice details identify the posts and closing dates but do not resolve the submission route. Candidates should obtain institute instructions before sending personal documents or paying anyone.
- Pay, contract duration and age absent: Neither notice provides salary, allowances, maximum age, date for age calculation, engagement type, tenure, fee, vacancy reservation breakup or category-wise relaxations. No amount, age ceiling or default fee can responsibly be supplied.
- Technical skills vs minimum qualification: While the only listed minimum education is a Master's in Sciences, the work description explicitly expects CT-scanner operational knowledge/experience in an ICU. No numeric experience duration, separate CT licence, typing speed or computer diploma is prescribed.
- Date difference inside each notice: The English page states 16 October 2026, while the Hindi page states 15 October 2026; the official web posting date for both is 17 October 2026. The online closing date, rather than either header date, is the operative listed deadline.
- Advertisement: The Clinical Assistant and Project Assistant bilingual two-page notifications exist as two separate AIIMS-hosted PDF files, listed under JPNATC.
- Application window: The institute's individual official notice pages show 17 October uploading and 25 October closing, without a published submission mechanism in the sources examined.
- Eligibility: Master's in Sciences; CT scanner ICU working knowledge/experience stated within primary responsibilities, without a prescribed numerical threshold.
- Selection: No written exam, skill-test date, interview schedule, shortlist method, document-verification timetable, admit card, answer key, result, merit list or cut-off has been announced in these two documents. Do not infer an exam from other AIIMS recruitments.
The two notices can be read independently. The title of each PDF is the identifier for that position; neither contains a numerical advertisement ID or a project code. Applicants should check the institute's recruitment pages for additional instructions or corrigenda before the closing date.
