ABV-IIITM ग्वालियर में यह direct recruitment है, campus placement या apprenticeship नहीं। दो पदनाम हैं लेकिन भर्ती एक ही 3-पृष्ठ आधिकारिक विज्ञापन में है। यह भी ध्यान दें कि online form भरना अकेला पर्याप्त नहीं है: हस्ताक्षरित print copy और संलग्नक 7 दिसम्बर तक संस्था को मिलना जरूरी है। यही वह कदम है जिसे भूलने पर सही योग्यता वाले उम्मीदवार का भी आवेदन अधूरा रह सकता है।

सीटों की गणना: 6 + 7 = 13; श्रेणी-योग 7 + 3 + 1 + 1 + 1 = 13। PwD आरक्षण भारत सरकार के नियमों के अनुसार लागू बताया गया है, लेकिन PDF में अलग PwD संख्या नहीं दी। इसलिए 13 के ऊपर अनुमान से कोई PwD पद न जोड़ें। अलग-अलग पदों की reserved seats आपस में स्थानांतरित मानकर पात्रता न बनाएँ।
2. Junior Assistant — graduate उम्मीदवार क्या जाँचें?
आवश्यक पात्रता: Bachelor’s degree और computer operation का ज्ञान। दोनों का एक साथ होना जरूरी है। मूल PDF की पहली row में यह Essential Qualification & Experience है।
Desirable कॉलम, आवश्यक योग्यता नहीं: प्रशासन/Accounts/Audit/Academic/Store/Purchase का दो वर्ष का संबंधित अनुभव; या Modern Office Management Polytechnic Diploma + सरकारी संगठन में एक वर्ष अनुभव; या COPA / Stenographer & Secretarial Assistant / Secretarial Practice जैसे ITI trades + सरकारी संगठन में दो वर्ष का अनुभव। हिंदी और अंग्रेज़ी typing, word processing, spreadsheets, presentation और noting/drafting का ज्ञान भी इसी desirable हिस्से में है। इसका अर्थ यह नहीं है कि केवल diploma/ITI होने से Bachelor’s की शर्त खत्म हो गई।

नौकरी की भूमिका का उपयोगी संदर्भ (आधिकारिक duty sheet नहीं): शैक्षणिक कार्यालय में records, purchase bills, office correspondence, computer files तथा record retrieval जैसे कार्य हो सकते हैं। विज्ञापन किसी एक शाखा में तैनाती की गारंटी नहीं देता; चयनित कर्मचारी संस्थान की जरूरत के अनुसार किसी विभाग में लगाए जा सकते हैं।
3. Junior Technician — Diploma और ITI को एक जैसा न समझें
यहाँ दो वास्तविक आवश्यक academic + experience routes दिए हैं:

यहाँ Route A का 1 वर्ष government organisation experience लिखा है, जबकि Route B के लिए PDF में सामान्य दो वर्ष का experience है। इन दो वाक्यों को एक मानकर दोनों पर अनावश्यक सरकारी संगठन की शर्त लागू न करें। दूसरी ओर कोई B.Sc./BCA वाला अभ्यर्थी केवल degree देखकर यह मानकर आवेदन न करे कि यही न्यूनतम शिक्षा है: B.Sc/BCA (IT/CS/Physics) + दो साल hands-on lab experience Desirable कॉलम में है।
Desirable profile: Computer Science/IT/ECE/Electrical/Instrumentation labs को संभालने का दो वर्ष अनुभव, संबंधित government/centrally funded institution में lab exposure, relevant lab software और computer operations। Diploma+1y या ITI+2y की essential route से यह अलग है।
उपयोगी दस्तावेज: Diploma/ITI certificate के साथ branch/trade का नाम स्पष्ट रखें। अनुभव पत्र में employer, role, exact employment dates और काम का विवरण दिखना चाहिए। अस्पष्ट 'computer experience' लिख देने से जरूरी ट्रेड/प्रयोगशाला अनुभव अपने-आप साबित नहीं होता।
4. उम्र और relaxation — गलत cutoff पर गणना न करें

उम्मीदवारों के लिए तीन स्थितियाँ: 27 साल की सीमा को 30 अक्टूबर को नहीं, 25 नवंबर 2026 की आयु से परखें। Reserved category के लिए 3/5/10 वर्ष का कोई समेकित चार्ट इस PDF से बनाना संभव नहीं; वास्तविक applicable केंद्रीय नियम और certificate देखें। ABV-IIITM के कार्यरत कर्मचारी विशेष BoG छूट को दूसरी category relaxation के साथ जोड़कर कुल आयु न निकालें: नोटिस ऐसा संयोजन रोकता है।
5. वेतन — Level-3 क्या बताता है और क्या नहीं?
दोनों पदों का 7th CPC Level-3 विज्ञापन के पृष्ठ 1 पर स्पष्ट है। सामान्य केंद्रीय Level-3 pay matrix में ₹21,700 से ₹69,100 का basic-pay band होता है; यह संख्या केंद्र सरकार के प्रकाशित 7th CPC matrix से ली गई है, न कि IIITM के विज्ञापन में अलग छपी हुई रुपये की पंक्ति। वास्तविक नियुक्ति पर शुरुआती fixation, DA/HRA/TA, कटौतियाँ और in-hand salary आपके नियुक्ति आदेश तथा नियमों पर निर्भर होंगी। ₹69,100 अधिकतम matrix cell है, नई नियुक्ति का starting in-hand नहीं।

सावधानी: कुछ job portals “Salary ₹3/month” जैसी automated parsing गलती दिखा सकते हैं। Level-3 को ₹3 या ₹3,000 मासिक वेतन मत समझें।
6. Online submit करने के बाद काम पूरा नहीं होता — दोनों deadlines अलग
Step 1 — Online form: ABV-IIITM non-teaching portal पर संबंधित post चुनें। भर्ती application 25 नवम्बर 2026 रात 11:59 बजे तक पूरी करें। Email से भेजे गए application स्वीकार नहीं होंगे। यदि दोनों पदों के लिए आवेदन करते हैं तो दो अलग forms भरना जरूरी है; eligibility भी अलग-अलग जाँचें।
Step 2 — Payment: Non-refundable ₹1,000 या SC/ST/PwD के लिए ₹500। मूल PDF online transfer और Director, ABV-IIITM Gwalior के नाम payable Demand Draft, दोनों तरीके बताता है। भुगतान का विवरण/प्रमाण application के साथ लगाएँ। Bank details केवल original PDF या official portal से copy करें; किसी third-party message के QR/UPI पर पैसा न भेजें।
Step 3 — System-generated PDF: Online form का PDF डाउनलोड करें। हर पृष्ठ पर हस्ताक्षर करें। Form और सभी relevant appendices/supporting certificates साथ रखें; बिना signature की कई-पृष्ठीय प्रति को completed submission न मानें।
Step 4 — सही envelope: Envelope पर साफ़ लिखें “Application for the post of [पद का नाम] in ABV-IIITM Gwalior”। दोनों पदों के लिए अलग आवेदन हो तो उनके envelope और संलग्नक भी अलग रखें।
Step 5 — Physical receipt: भेजने का पता: Joint Registrar (A&A), ABV-IIITM, Morena Link Road, Gwalior – 474015, Madhya Pradesh। Postal/courier packet 7 दिसम्बर 2026 शाम 5 बजे तक संस्थान को प्राप्त हो; केवल उस दिन डाक में डालना पर्याप्त नहीं। संस्थान postal delay/loss की जिम्मेदारी नहीं लेता।

अवकाश पड़ने पर क्या होगा? PDF के निर्देश 28 के अनुसार जिस दिन आवेदन की receipt की अंतिम तारीख तय हो, यदि वह अवकाश घोषित हो जाए तो अगला कार्य-दिवस receipt deadline माना जाएगा। इसे अपनी ओर से 7 दिसम्बर बढ़ा हुआ मानकर जोखिम न लें; संस्थान के official holiday/clarification पर ही भरोसा करें। सामान्य स्थिति में 7 दिसम्बर शाम 5 बजे तक actual delivery ही लक्ष्य रखें।
NOC का विशेष नियम: Govt/Semi-govt/PSU/Autonomous/Educational institution में कार्यरत व्यक्ति application proper channel से भेज सकता है। तत्काल NOC न हो तो निर्धारित समय में advance copy तथा undertaking देना संभव है; लेकिन selection के समय NOC प्रस्तुत करना होगा। Proper channel या NOC के बिना चयन परीक्षा में भाग नहीं लेने दिया जा सकता।
7. शुल्क — किसे ₹500 और किसे ₹1,000?

महिला उम्मीदवारों और Ex-servicemen के लिए इस विज्ञापन में अलग स्वतः fee waiver घोषित नहीं है। Age relaxation और fee concession एक ही चीज नहीं हैं। शुल्क के लिए स्वयं से छूट न मानें। यदि बैंक ट्रांसफर या DD चुनते हैं, receipt और payment details पढ़ने योग्य रखें।
8. चयन का असली क्रम — Part-A, Part-B और Skill/Trade Test
- Application & eligibility scrutiny: Form, recognised qualification, जरूरी experience, cutoff age और supporting documents की जाँच। संस्थान आवेदन ज्यादा होने पर न्यूनतम योग्यता से कड़े shortlisting मानदंड अपना सकता है।
- Part-A — MCQ written test: विज्ञापन कहता है कि selection के लिए उपस्थित/अनुमत उम्मीदवार Part-A एक ही sitting में देंगे। परीक्षा की calendar date, subject-wise syllabus, total questions और marks इस PDF में घोषित नहीं हैं।
- Part-A से shortlist: प्रत्येक post के लिए पहली रिक्ति पर 7 और उसके बाद प्रत्येक अतिरिक्त vacancy पर 5 उम्मीदवारों को Part-B और Skill/Trade चरण के लिए बुलाने का नियम लिखा है। इसे अंतिम नियुक्ति संख्या या passing marks न समझें।
- Part-B — Descriptive written test: केवल Part-A merit से shortlisted उम्मीदवार। Exam pattern के विस्तृत निर्देश बाद में दिए जाएँगे।
- Skill/Computer Proficiency/Trade Test: चयनित candidates को लागू skill/trade test के लिए बुलाया जाएगा; Junior Assistant की typing/document handling और Junior Technician की laboratory/trade skills महत्वपूर्ण तैयारी क्षेत्रों में हैं, लेकिन official test syllabus घोषित नहीं हुआ।
- Original document verification, merit और नियुक्ति: संबंधित original certificates और एक set self-attested photocopies प्रस्तुत करनी होंगी। Shortlist संस्थान की वेबसाइट पर आएगी, individual communication का वादा नहीं है। Final result, joining और cutoff का कोई दस्तावेज 30 अक्टूबर के मूल PDF में जारी नहीं है।
Part-A के बाद कितनों को बुलाया जा सकता है? असली 7 + 5 नियम
पृष्ठ 3, निर्देश 23 में पहली रिक्ति के लिए 7 उम्मीदवार और उसी पद की प्रत्येक अतिरिक्त रिक्ति के लिए 5 उम्मीदवार लिखा है। इस गणना को सीधे 7 × कुल पद समझना गलत होगा। प्रकाशित wording को दोनों पदों पर गणितीय रूप से लागू करने पर नीचे उदाहरण निकलता है:

ये नियम की व्याख्या के लिए निकली संख्याएँ हैं; जारी shortlist नहीं। वास्तविक eligible attendance, institute की higher shortlisting norms, post-wise merit और बाद में जारी instructions निर्णायक होंगे। Part-A के 32 या 37 उम्मीदवार चुने जाने का दावा न करें, न ही इसे final vacancies समझें।
9. आधिकारिक syllabus क्या घोषित हुआ है?
घोषित: Part-A MCQ, Part-B descriptive और Skill/Computer Proficiency/Trade Test। अघोषित: section-wise subjects, duration, total marks, negative marking, exam centres, exact date, admit card release तथा minimum qualifying scores।
Junior Assistant तैयारी में computer operations, Hindi/English drafting, spreadsheets और file-related communication पर अभ्यास उपयोगी हो सकता है। Junior Technician के लिए अपनी Diploma/ITI branch की laboratory safety, instruments, troubleshooting और software basics का अभ्यास व्यावहारिक होगा। ये editorial preparation suggestions हैं, IIITM का घोषित syllabus नहीं।
10. प्रमाणपत्र — application, scrutiny और selection में अलग-अलग उपयोग

Document trap: OBC-NCL और EWS प्रमाणपत्र के लिए 1 अप्रैल 2026 का issue-date condition स्पष्ट है। लेकिन सामान्य SC/ST certificate पर वही issuance cutoff PDF में नहीं लिखा। सभी वर्गों पर एक ही recency rule लागू करना गलत होगा।
11. 12 वास्तविक decision scenarios — किस गलती से बचना है?
- B.Com graduate, computer operations जानते हैं: Junior Assistant की आवश्यक academic शर्त पूरी करने की दिशा में हैं; typing/office experience desirable होने से चयन स्वतः नहीं।
- COPA ITI + 2 वर्ष job, degree नहीं: Junior Assistant के desirable विवरण को essential Bachelor’s का विकल्प मानकर form न भरें।
- Diploma in Electronics + 1 वर्ष सरकारी संगठन में work: Junior Technician की Route A में संभावित पात्रता, अनुभव पत्र और branch मेल जरूरी।
- ITI Electrician + 2 वर्ष experience: Junior Technician Route B की चर्चा करें; ITI का trade और relevant work का प्रमाण जरूरी।
- BCA + 2 साल lab experience लेकिन Diploma/ITI नहीं: BCA route 'desirable' लिखा है, minimum eligibility स्वतः नहीं बनती।
- Applicant 27 वर्ष का हो चुका है, अब 25 नवंबर को 28 होगा: आयु की गणना 25 नवंबर पर होगी, notice-release day पर नहीं।
- दोनों पदों के लिए आवेदन: Separate forms और प्रत्येक के लिए अलग eligibility; एक online form दोनों पदों का आवेदन नहीं।
- Form 25 नवंबर भर दिया, signed PDF 7 दिसंबर को पोस्ट की: संस्थान को 7 दिसंबर शाम 5 बजे receipt चाहिए; यह देर हो सकती है।
- OBC-NCL certificate मार्च 2026 का है: PDF के 'on or after 01/04/2026' नियम के हिसाब से उसे उपयोग करने से पहले नया valid प्रमाणपत्र चाहिए।
- Government employee और NOC pending: आवेदन के साथ NOC तत्काल अनिवार्य नहीं, लेकिन undertaking और selection से पहले NOC/proper-channel requirement समझें।
- PwD उम्मीदवार को 40% से कम disability: विज्ञापन benchmark threshold 'not less than 40%' कहता है; कोई blanket reservation entitlement न मानें।
- Level-3 salary को ₹69,100 starting pay समझ रहे हैं: यह pay matrix का ऊपरी basic cell है, starting in-hand नहीं।
12. दो पदों के लिए अलग तैयारी और आवेदन-योजना
Junior Assistant के लिए: सबसे पहले degree recognition और computer operation evidence देखें; फिर actual Hindi/English typing, official drafts, word-processing और spreadsheets में रोज़ अभ्यास करें। मूल विज्ञापन typing speed या निश्चित shorthand test marks नहीं देता, इसलिए coaching की कटऑफ संख्या को official न कहें। कार्यालयीय कार्य के परिचित हैं तो पिछले service certificates में role और अवधि को सुस्पष्ट कराएँ।
Junior Technician के लिए: Diploma with one government year या relevant ITI with two years का कौन-सा route है, यह तय करें। CSE/IT/ECE/EE/Instrumentation जैसे मूल lab domains के practical fundamentals और safety checklist का अभ्यास करें; branch overlap के नाम पर अनदेखे trade की eligibility दावा न करें।
दोनों के लिए: PDF page-wise signed physical application भेजने के लिए online closing day से पहले तैयारी करें। Courier tracking और packet contents का अपना रिकॉर्ड रखें; विभाग को भेजी scan copy डाक से पहुँचे signed application की जगह नहीं लेती।
