Medical Officer GDMO — FRU, RKSK and NUHM/15th FC merit and interview guide
Fifteen total medical-officer vacancies across three advertised programme pools: FRU 4, RKSK 3 and NUHM/15th Finance Commission 8.
The original 10-page advertisement explicitly prescribes 85 marks for MBBS academic performance and 15 marks for interview, for a 100-mark total. It does not announce a separate GDMO written examination. For medical graduates from abroad, FMG examination score is treated as equivalent to final MBBS examination score for the stated academic marks comparison. Candidates must still independently satisfy all applicable rules to practise medicine; the marks clause itself is not a licensing exemption.

FRU vacancies: UR 2, ST 1, EWS 1. RKSK vacancies: UR(EC) 1, SC 1, OBC 1. NUHM/15th Finance Commission vacancies: UR 4 (two EC-labelled), SC 2, OBC 1 (EC-labelled), EWS 1. Each group pays ₹60,000 consolidated per month, but its programme and category register is distinct.
Interview expectations versus official syllabus
A 15-mark interview is officially specified, without an issued interview date, judging rubric, topic-by-topic syllabus, qualifying mark or venue. Candidates may organise original MBBS transcripts, authentic clinical practice examples, experience in public-health contexts, and documentation demonstrating ability to work in the programme applied for. These are suggested personal preparation areas, not an official GDMO syllabus.
The notified selection involves academic marking and interview, subject to appropriate certificate verification and later approved merit selection. No interview list, score cutoff, admit-card release or selection result accompanies the recruitment notice.
