ऊपर दर्शाए गए IDA के दो मार्ग वैकल्पिक हैं। इनमें लिखी 6-वर्षीय Managerial/Executive Service को 2 वर्ष के साथ जोड़कर 8 वर्ष की नई अनिवार्य सेवा-अवधि न बनाएं; विज्ञापन जिस तरह अलग अवधि और Grade Conditions देता है, उसी तरह लागू होंगी। ACP/MACP/NF के कारण केवल बढ़ा हुआ Grade Pay पात्रता के लिए मान्य मूल Cadre/Parent Scale नहीं माना जाएगा।
Senior Manager में Deputation
नियमित आधार पर कार्यरत Group-B सरकारी/रेल अधिकारी, पुराने PB-2 + Grade Pay ₹4,800/₹5,400 (7th CPC Matrix Level 8/9) के अधिसूचित ग्रेड में हों। इस Deputation Route को Private-company Absorption के समान नहीं मान सकते। अधिकतम आयु 57 वर्ष है। Parent Pay व Allowances के अतिरिक्त Deputation Duty Allowance नीति अनुसार देय है; E3 Absorption की ₹60,000–₹1,80,000 Scale को Deputation में स्वतः वेतन नहीं समझें।

ये तीन स्वतंत्र अनिवार्य शर्तें साथ-साथ पूरी होनी चाहिए। उदाहरण के लिए ₹90,000 Gross लेने वाला उम्मीदवार भी केवल इस कारण पात्र नहीं हो जाता यदि उसके पास आठ वर्ष का संबंधित प्रबंधकीय अनुभव नहीं है या उसका नियोक्ता Railway Works में संलग्न नहीं है अथवा पिछले वर्ष का Sales Turnover ₹150 करोड़ से कम है। ₹75,000 निजी नियोक्ता में मौजूदा Gross Salary की शर्त है, IPRCL में नियुक्ति के बाद मिलने वाली Salary नहीं।
Senior Manager की आयु और वेतन
Absorption: अधिकतम 40 वर्ष (04.12.2026 को)। प्रकाशित IDA E3 Pay Scale ₹60,000–₹1,80,000, साथ में Applicable Allowances एवं नीति अनुसार PRP। Deputation: अधिकतम 57 वर्ष; Parent Pay + Allowances + Deputation Duty Allowance। वास्तविक नियुक्ति पर Salary Fixation तथा Take-home Salary नोटिस में अलग निर्धारित नहीं हैं।
🔌 Manager (Electrical)/E2: अलग पात्रता, दूसरे अनुभव-पथ
Manager का E2 Grade Senior Manager/E3 का मात्र छोटा नाम नहीं है। CDA में चार वर्ष और IDA में कुल पाँच वर्ष Managerial/Executive Experience जैसी अलग शर्तें हैं; Private-company Applicant की Gross Salary और Turnover की सीमाएँ भी अलग हैं।

🧭 चयन का वास्तविक तरीका — कोई अलग परीक्षा-पैटर्न नहीं
1. आवेदन और Eligibility Scrutiny: कंपनी पहले घोषित पद-स्तर, उम्मीदवार के Grade/Cadre, अनुभव और शिक्षा से संबंधित प्रमाणों की जाँच कर सकती है। Absorption और Deputation के प्रपत्र अलग हैं, इसलिए सही Form चुनना पहला कदम है।
2. Shortlisting: IPRCL संबंधित पेशेवर क्षेत्र की उपयुक्तता और सेवा-अनुभव के आधार पर उम्मीदवार चुन सकती है। यदि किसी एक रिक्ति के लिए पाँच या अधिक पात्र आवेदन आएँ, तो 1:5 अनुपात पर Experience-based Shortlisting का अधिकार नोटिस में सुरक्षित है। यह पाँच Interview Calls की गारंटी नहीं है।

✉️ सही Annexure के साथ ऑफलाइन आवेदन कैसे भेजें?
Absorption का Form — Annexure-II: Experienced Electrical Officer जो Absorption चाहता है, उसे PDF का Annexure-II (Application Form — To Be Used for Applying on Absorption Only) भरना है। Senior Manager/Manager का सही पदनाम, इच्छित Posting Location और सभी प्रासंगिक नौकरी/वेतन/शिक्षा विवरण भरें। Deputation का Form — Annexure-III: योग्य नियमित सेवा-अधिकारी Annexure-III का इस्तेमाल करें। दोनों Forms एक-दूसरे के Substitute नहीं हैं। एक से अधिक पद के लिए पात्रता होने पर विज्ञापन अलग आवेदन कहता है।

सरकारी/रेलवे/PSU/Port/JV कर्मचारियों को अपना आवेदन Proper Channel से भेजना है; Interview में नियोक्ता का No Objection Certificate भी आवश्यक है। निजी कंपनी के कर्मचारियों के लिए सरकारी APAR/NOC वाली वही व्यवस्था नोटिस में लागू नहीं बताई गई है। 5 वर्ष की APAR को निजी कंपनी की सामान्य Performance Review से बदलने की जरूरत नहीं बताई गई है।
📅 नियुक्ति की अवधि, Medical Fitness और सेवा नियम
नोटिस में Absorption अथवा Deputation की 3-वर्षीय अवधि, नियमों के अनुसार विस्तार तथा 01.11.2028 के बाद Immediate Absorption संबंधी नियम से छूट के लिए संबंधित मंत्रालय/DPE के नियम की शर्त दर्ज है। यह विज्ञापन स्वतः स्थायी नौकरी की बिना-शर्त गारंटी नहीं देता; Joining और Extensions लागू सरकारी एवं कंपनी नीति के अधीन रहेंगे। चयनित व्यक्ति Medical Fitness में सफल होना चाहिए।

❓ उम्मीदवारों के अहम सवाल
प्र. क्या मुंबई का पद Senior Manager ही है और Lothal का Manager ही?
नहीं। Circular में दो स्थानों पर कुल दो रिक्तियाँ और E3/E2 पदनाम विकल्प हैं; शहरवार निश्चित पद-ग्रेड बाँटना अधिसूचित नहीं।
प्र. क्या इस भर्ती में केवल Deputation है?
नहीं। शीर्षक एवं Annexure-I में Absorption OR Deputation स्पष्ट है; दोनों के लिए अलग Form उपलब्ध हैं।

Duties
Work in execution of electrical infrastructure projects. Preferred exposure includes railway electric traction, general power supply, air conditioning, building electrification and road-lighting projects. Exact project assignment subject to the corporation.
Responsibilities
- Support/lead execution of electrical infrastructure projects according to assigned E3/E2 responsibilities.
- Coordinate electrical project delivery and related engineering supervision in the relevant area.
- Apply actual background in railway electric traction and general power supply where relevant.
- Use experience in building electrification, air conditioning or road lighting where relevant.
- Prepare documentary evidence of relevant executive/managerial project experience for eligibility scrutiny.
Post-specific instructions
- A single location vacancy can be filled in either Senior Manager E3 or Manager E2 grade; do not count it twice or allocate a fixed grade to this city without further official notification.
- Absorption: use Annexure-II and ensure full-time Electrical Engineering Degree; deputation: use Annexure-III and meet regular Group B/C level, degree requirement explicitly exempted.
