Birbhum Multi Rehabilitation Worker — merit calculation and interview guide
Six NPHCE posts | programme-specific 50-mark evaluation | official notice pages 1–2.
The published method uses Class X marks (10), Class XII marks (10), Bachelor of Physiotherapy marks (10), desirable Master of Physiotherapy qualification (5 additional), qualifying experience (10) and interview (5). These six components add to a maximum of 50; there is no officially announced MCQ paper for MRW.
Distinct government and private experience bands
The table separates hospital service by setting. Government-service scores for 2–under-3, 3–under-4, 4–under-5 and 5+ completed years are 4, 6, 8 and 10, compared with 2, 3, 4 and 5 for private employment in the same bands. Hospital experience of at least two years is a prerequisite, not just a way to gain extra points. Provide an experience certificate with designation, hospital and exact service dates; the common advertisement note counts experience after the required degree.
Interview and evidence preparation
The interview exists in the notified marks structure, but no date, panel, duration, specialty-question list or venue is supplied. Candidates can organise their genuine clinical case records, musculoskeletal/neurological rehabilitation experience, therapy documentation and patient-safety examples as preparation topics, not a declared government syllabus. Bring original academic and experience certificates when the Samity notifies verification. The official postgraduate credential is desirable, not compulsory, and cannot cure absence of the compulsory hospital-service period.
Schedule status: Interview timetable not yet announced. The notice provides no admit-card release or result.
